The hotel that makes you feel like home! very friendly staffs and the View from the room is stunning! You can walk from the hotel to see closer view easily. Moreover, The hotel decoration is very ethnic and you can feel the culture from the deep south.

After a waterski tournament in Santiago a group of friends and I organized a visit to Patagonia staying at this little hotel in Puerto Natales, a small coastal city about 250 km north of Punta Arenas, the largest city in the region and the only place you can fly in. Puerto Natales was home to the sheep and beef meat... More

We stayed here twice, each for a night before and after Torres Del Paine. This was fantastic, especially for only £90 a night for a triple room. The design is eco-friendly and quite cool, and the decor and art is unique as well. The rooms, particularly the bathrooms, were pleasant with great views of the Ultima Esperanza(good sunsets and sunrise),... More

This boutique hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the design is not only Eco-friendly, it's also incredibly comfortable. From heated floors to artisanal juices at breakfast, this place is an ideal location. My husband and I stayed here after trekking Torres del Paine, and it was better than I could have imagined. Our hotel host Erica helped us with every detail,... More

See my review of the hotel restaurant. Very good foods and wines in the hotel restaurant but the lack of elevators and the rough edges of the concrete beds and the too small hotel staff forces the guest to carry the luggage to the rooms in the lower level.

The rooms are good sized and feature stark, hard materials, cement walls (with color variations in the cement), slate floor, wood accents, bare halogen bulbs, and cement and metal side tables. The parts sound harsh, but they blend into a pleasing whole, that is quiet and comfortable. As is typical of this design style, the bed is low to the... More

I highly recommend this hotel to stay at Puerto Natales and travel to Torres Del Paine as a day trip. Rent a car to drive from airport (~2 hrs) to this place and to drive around town and torres del paine. Rooms are very clean with great decorations with friendly staff. Free breakfast and cooks are willing to make a... More

My wife and I stayed at this hotel in January 2016 only for reason of a stop over between two locations. This was a mistake as the hotel deserved to spend more time there. The architechture is quite unusual and can be described as "alternative". Only few hotels offer views from the bathrooms on snow covered mountains and beautiful waterways.... More

This was the 1st stop for my husband and my honeymoon. What a great start to the trip! Loved the hotel and the location close but not in the center of Puerto Natales. We did rent a car so getting to the park and town was super easy. The reception ladies were so nice and helpful with all of my... More
