Hotel design is lovely and the location (whilst far from the town around 10 minutes by car) looking out to the ocean is very peaceful Rooms are very small with limited ventilation. We stayed in autumn, but would not like to stay in summer time. Staff were mixed. Some more helpful than others and some more friendly than others. Perhaps...

My husband and I stayed here for two nights before embarking on a weekong trip to photograph pumas near Torres del Paine. We had been to Patagonia 8 years prior and stayed for one night in this hotel; we always said that if we returned we would stay here again---so we did. It was the perfect place to rest up...

What I liked: The room was a nice size and offered great views. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was great (lots of hot water and great water pressure). Breakfast was simple but adequate. The property itself looked very cool inside and outside. Staff were very pleasant especially the lovely young woman who checked us in. The hotel is...

Great views and service. Great ned. Yhe jucuzzi outside was fabulous to sit in, have a drink and look at the snow civered mountains. The restaurant has a good selection. The seafood rissotto was the best I have tasted. Could do with a bar fridge in the room. But overall great service and fantastic accommodation.

If like us you would prefer not to get taxis, this can be a long walk from Puerto Natales' center. Nevertheless, this is a really well-located hotel with some beautiful views out on the water and the mountains behind it. I believe all of the rooms also face the water so the views are not reserved for a lucky view....

This hotel was modern, clean and quiet and a comfortable stay. The beds are quite low to the ground, and not many places to place your personal items. The room is a good size, with nice views. Because the rooms are built into the ground with the window above ground, it is very quiet. No chance of getting any type...

Super chic eco friendly hotel a few minutes drive from the city. Great architectural design and we loved the use of grass, concrete, wood, slate and glass. Great views of the lake. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast and friendly helpful staff.

The building and decor is unique being built into the surroundings. liked the underfloor heating in bathroom. Wonderfull views from all rooms. Food good. Breakfall adequate but a bit limited. It long walk to the centre of Puerto Natales so not a good place if you having got transport organised.

Very unique and special hotel built into the surroundings. Amazing view from the rooms. The hot tubs are wonderful after hiking in Torres del Paine park. The staff were attentive and helpful. The building and decor are amazing.
