There is no air con in the rooms but I didn't miss it. At night the temperature drops down so it was ok. My room was small but charming. It reminded me of a sauna room somehow. Lots of wood and the smell i like. The bathroom was also small but everything worked and was comfortable. The only problem for...

A hotel with very quirky design in a good location. Beautiful view from our room over the fjord and very convenient location for everything in the town centre. It was ideal for one night, I don't know about longer than that as the room was very small indeed (the shower opened directly into the bedroom) and no where much to...

I stayed here only for one night, but I found the staff to be very friendly and useful. The design is trendy and unique. The hotel is very well located and with gorgeous views (if you have ocean view). Mine didn't, but you can enjoy the view from the spa. The spa area is nice and relaxing and the rooms...

Pros: Spa is awesome, top floor, look out over bay to mountains, quirky interior design and lighting, helps arrange tours, pretty good english, good concierge service. Cons: restaurant sucks (breakfast is good though) so do not go full board, expensive for what you get, water temp was tough to get right in shower (which was cool rain type which in...

Let's start with the way this hotel looks - it's kind of cool looking from the outside - all corrugated tin, painted red. The architect had a lot of fun designing the inside, but it wasn't that practical. We had a huge room with a separate tub and a nice view. However, there was no A/C and the room was...

I would not recommend this hotel for the following reasons: 1. The rooms are small and uncomfortable. 2. The extra bed is a rock, the floor is softer. 3. There is no heat regulator in the room, with high temperature, suffocating. 4. The internet connection is intermittent, and therefore, not useful. 5. The bathroom is small, with a shower where...

Honestly, this is one of the best hotels I've ever been. Not only it is clean, with very nice staff, and an excellent bar with a view on the sea and the mountains which beats almost all the other hotels I've ever been: the way this hotel has been designed and converted from (I understand) a slaughterhouse to a fancy...

Staying five nights here and after your head adjusts to the shape of the room, get over the amount of water you use in the rain shower, it's a great spot to get away from TV and relax. The young staff bend over backwards to make it ok for you. The breakfast Nice but the kitchen could improve the sandwich...

My husband and I stayed at Noi Indigo in December 2016. We found the hotel pretty expensive for what it offers in terms of infrastructure - rooms and quality of food were quite average. Yes....it is a boutique hotel in Patagonia...it is bound to be expensive! What we really loved about Noi Indigo is the people and the excursions. The...

The coolest hotel I have ever stayed in! The architecture and decor inside was only rivaled by the views outside. The plush robes and slippers, bathtub with ocean views and steam shower all welcome you back from a long hike in Torres del Paine or day adventure outside of Puerto Natales. You are put at ease by the friendly staff...
