I stayed at Casa Cecilia with a friend after traveling to Torres del Paine park. The owners of the hostel were very helpful in arranging all our travel and activities while we were in the area. They were incredibly nice about explaining options in advance via email and very helpful in rearranging booked activities when our trip was delayed a...

The best service we got in our trip in Patagonia, especially considering that they organized our trip to and reservations in Torres del Paine (complete W), which was excellent, without a single problem; everything was arranged in advance by e-mail. Very efficient and attentive staff. Room wide and comfortable. Breakfast OK. Well located close to one of the main squares...

we stayed for 2 nights in casa cecilia. It's a nice place, the owners are really helpful and organize all trips you require and know a lot about the region. The rooms are clean but had very thin walls so you could hear everything talked in the room next to you. in addition we recommend to get rid of the...

We ended up at casa cecilia through a recomendation from a fellow hostal which was fully booked. What a stroke of luck. The rooms were clean but a little on the small side. Cecilia, the owner was full of knowledge. The reception area has so much information and all you need to book tours... We were able to book our...

We stayed in Casa Cecilia for one night before our Torres del Paine trip and a few nights afterwards. In between our lugguage was safely stored in a locked closet. The staff at Casa Cecilia is very helpful in organizing your onward journey, hostels and daytrips or treks to the national park. The rooms are very clean, so are the...

This was a very clean hostel, warm, with a lovely common area and an owner (Werner) who had excellent knowledge of the area. He was also very helpful with car hire, even managing to help us find a car on a public holiday. I would recommend this hostel to anyone needing a base to explore the Torres Del Paine national...

I'm amazed to read that other reviewers found this place overpriced, its anything but ! The Swiss owner is amazingly helpful, every time I walked in and out he seemed to be patiently organising yet another group's Torres del Paine expedition. We asked him to organise the bus trip to TdP and it came and picked us up from the...

The good things about the hostel: english speaking owner, it´s very clean, the breakfast is good. We had the twin room with shared bathroom and toilet. Some rooms don´t have a room. You don´t get fresh air, so It gives an idea of a prisoner. The matrasses and pillows were very very old.

Stayed here 3 nights in a twin room with private bath. Of the rooms with private bath, the twin room is the least nice. It is ok, small, clean and the beds confortable but the 2 rooms in the front of the house (a double and the triple room) are far nicer decor wise. There is another double room that...

This place came highly recommended by quite a few sites and guide books. like everywhere in Natales, it is expensive compared to other bits of Chile. Despite the place being very tidy and well kept, the rooms were very small; they'd obviously managed to squeeze in as many as possible. One of the main reasons we picked this place was...
