Where to begin, the owners are lovely, very friendly and very helpful with any requests. The hostel has recently been redecorated and looks sharp and modern, I get the impression the owners are constantly improving the place with their earnings from the business. The communal facilities are great, with a well equipped kitchen, plenty of tables and chairs and a... More

One of the best hostels we have stayed in during a year of travelling. Andres and Monica are so warm, friendly and helpful! The facilities are fantastic and the location is perfect! We would love to stay again :)

Walking-distance from most things within Puerto Natales, but let's face it, you aren't in Patagonia to spend time in the cities. The hostel owner is funny, pleasant and so helpful. He happens to be (or was) a mountain guide, so he can get you ready for your trek on The W or any other trek you plan on going on.... More

We stayed in this hostel after completing the W Trek in Torres Del Paine and were very comfortable. The staff were very helpful with helping us plan our route north from Puerto Natales. The hostel is located a short walk from all the restaurants and shops in town and avoids the hill. This place was ideal for recuperating after the... More

I stayed in here the night before leaving for Torres del Paine, the owners were super attentive and helped me with all the equipment and information needed for the trek. The Australian helpers were OK, but not great, however, the owners are more helpful and always making sure I was prepared for the adventure. I do recommend a lot to... More

This is a must stay place in Puerto Natales. The wonderful owners Monica and Andres along with their Australian helpers Matt and Kiera couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable and stress-free prior to doing the W trek. The hostel is in a great location in town close to all the shops and also an easy easy walk to... More

This place is just what you need after a day of exploring. The building is always warm and welcoming. The owners are very friendly and live just behind in an attached building. There are kitchen facilities for guest use and a common area to lounge in. I thought the locking mechanism on the front door was quite snazzy.

Amazing owners, clean rooms, good facilities, nice common area. One of the best hostels we stayed at! They helped us organizing bus tickets, made phone calls for us and even moved our stuff around when we had to change rooms. Perfect stay!

This hostel has a great feel to it. Clean, comfortable and great owners. Well equipped kitchen, central heating great hot showers (needed after trekking the W or O!) in total we stayed for 4 nights, 2 in a dorm and 2 in a private. Both options were immaculate & very comfortable. You can also hire equipment for the trek here... More
