We had just wrapped up the Torres deal Paine 9 day circuit. The hostel staff was extremely friendly, spoke great English, and gave us great tips on where to celebrate in town. The rooms are spacious and clean - plus there is a massive living space that is great for meeting other travelers. Coffee is free and the kitchen is...

Stayed here for two nights, the beds were comfortable and the showers were good. It was a clean place and check-in was easy. Couldn't really ask for more. The rooms were of big enough size to store most of our stuff, and they had no problem with us storing our bags there after checking out. - We got a private...

Simply the best. Andreas & Monica have everything you need along with a smile and cheery words. The recent renovations look good - great to see money being invested back into the business. We plan to return one day.

The rooms are comfortable and well heated with clean bathrooms and the showers are lovely and hot. Some of the rooms have been thoroughly renovated this year. It's location is right in the middle of...

We were the first guests to stay for this season (late october). The place is awesome. Full of practical details. It's very well located and you can walk to buy your grosseries, rent a tent or buy your bus tickets to Torres del Paine. The best by far are the owners. They were very helpful with their advices and tips...

Where to begin, the owners are lovely, very friendly and very helpful with any requests. The hostel has recently been redecorated and looks sharp and modern, I get the impression the owners are constantly improving the place with their earnings from the business. The communal facilities are great, with a well equipped kitchen, plenty of tables and chairs and a...

Walking-distance from most things within Puerto Natales, but let's face it, you aren't in Patagonia to spend time in the cities. The hostel owner is funny, pleasant and so helpful. He happens to be (or was) a mountain guide, so he can get you ready for your trek on The W or any other trek you plan on going on....
