Pictures do not do this place justice! When the front door opened ..WOW This is a beautiful, warm, cozy and very clean accommodation. You will love it! In walking distance to everything...a great reprieve after a trek in Torres del Paine...a warm fire awaits after a cool or rainy day spend wandering the interesting town of Puerto Natales. Bren runs a great B&B. Communication with him was quick and easy. Clean room, modern bathroom with hot water and lots of pressure. So nice! Close to central bus station and the "downtown". But it is the extra little things that make the difference. Bren allowed us to store things at the place during our W-circuit and was readily willing...

Great hosts; warm, comfortable rooms; very clean; good value; laundry services; assisting booking of travel and other services. Easy going hosts very helpful in many ways. Will definitely stay at Pire Mapu if I come back to Puerto Natales.

We booked two nights, one before and one after our trip doing the 'W' in the Torres del Paine. The location for that purpose is excellent because it's a 5 minute walk to the bus terminal. The walk to town enter is approximately 15 mins. The rooms themselves (having nr 1 and 3) were spacious, good beds and nice bathrooms....

What a gem of a place! Hosts were fantastic and helpful, to the point of advising us of the best way to get to Perito Moreno and even booking and paying for our bus ticket before we got there. Our room was lovely - comfortable, clean and well decked out. We didn't get to try their breakfast because our bus...

Pire Mapu cottage is our favorite place to stay during our Patagonia trip (we stayed at five different places!). The house is located in a quiet neighborhood just five minutes walk from the bus station and ten minutes walk to downtown Puerto Natales. The host is welcoming, friendly, helpful and professional. Great size room, bed is very comfortable and super...

After an exhilarating and exhausting trek through Patagonia, we could not have stayed at a more welcoming, comfortable, and cozy B&B. Host was very accommodating, staying up for our late arrival and allowing us to enjoy a late breakfast (he could tell we were exhausted!). Breakfast was bountiful and delicious. Room was extremely clean and comfortable, and the hot water...

Great cottage in Natales. Literally 300 ft from bus station. The cottage is quiet. The host helped me getting supplies for our trip to TDP, stored our bags, and made us breakfast before our early entry into the park. Would stay again.

We arrived at Pire Mapu Cottage around midnight, absolutely exhausted. Our host was extraordinarily accommodating upon our arrival - he showed us right to our room, scheduled a late breakfast so we could sleep in (a luxury during our fast-paced Patagonia adventure!) and offered to settle the bill in the morning, when we were more rested. We were very grateful...

Pire Mapu was an excellent place to stopover before we went further South to the national park. We travelled here on our honeymoon at the end of last year and felt extremely well looked after. Bren and Fab welcomed us and ensured everything we needed was provided. Incredibly friendly professional and attentive - a hidden Gem in Puerto Natales!
