We stayed here for four nights and had problems from arrival. Our room type booking was ‘not found’ despite us being able to show communications on this with the reservation department. Understand mistakes happen but it wasn’t handled well.

We recently returned from a trip to Patagonia (with A&K) and stayed at the Singular. The site is a well done repurposed “facility” located on water. The staff and service were great. This hotel is is truly spectacular.

Today I received an email from them announcing their new website. May be that is why you had trouble contacting them . The reservations office is located in Santiago and they are working all year around. So try again.

I am sure there are but not sure how you would go about organising. I hate tours per se but really enjoyed the Singular ones - it's really relaxed. One the kayak trip I was the only person and on a couple of the others there were only 3of us. Not sure if they have changed their policy re full board - when I stayed you had the option of opting out of the tours and having a cheaper rate - it would do to check with the hotel. Have fun.
