We stayed for fiur nights in this spectaculair hotel. We booked full board including all the excursions we wanted to do. Fantastic concept even all the drinks were included. The hotel is spectaculair and one of the most superb buildings we have seen. The rooms...More
Wonderful central hotel, situated in an area of Santiago with a very cool chilled out vibe.
The realms are large with very comfortable beds, a nice touch is the free mineral water and soft drinks replenished every day. The staff are very friendly and attentive,...More
Excellent hotel near Torres de Paine. The excursions were excellent. The meals top notch. The rooms very comfortable.
I would highly recommend this 5 star hotel

Today I received an email from them announcing their new website. May be that is why you had trouble contacting them . The reservations office is located in Santiago and they are working all year around. So try again.

I am sure there are but not sure how you would go about organising. I hate tours per se but really enjoyed the Singular ones - it's really relaxed. One the kayak trip I was the only person and on a couple of the others there were only 3of us. Not sure if they have changed their policy re full board - when I stayed you had the option of opting out of the tours and having a cheaper rate - it would do to check with the hotel. Have fun. Cheers Jen
