Beginning even before our arrival we received excellent service from The Singular. We arrived at the hotel early the morning of our first day and they were happy to coordinate an excursion with us beforehand so we were all set to go upon arrival. Don't miss the full tour they

Family enjoyed our 2 nights in the Singular as we traveled around Patagonia. The building is truly unique and very nice in every way. Especially enjoyed the breakfast in the hotel. In terms of activities, I had a great day of fly fishing that Singular arranged and my wife and

The reviews about this place are spot on and worth the 5 stars. The unique history, decor, amenities, food, services, tours, accommodations, friendly staff are all true. I was impressed that staff knew my name when on sat down to eat on second day. I felt really important. Tauk

This is probably the most remarkable and memorable hotel I have ever experienced. I loved everything about it – what they have done with the old factory building, including keeping rooms full of old (British) machinery and equipment, from furnaces to wheelbarrows, to the rooms

It's official: this is my favourite hotel in the world. It's not perfect; nothing is ever truly perfect. The restaurant menu could be varied a little more; the introduction of daily specials, for example, would be an enhancement. But for everything else, it's just magical. I've

Today I received an email from them announcing their new website. May be that is why you had trouble contacting them . The reservations office is located in Santiago and they are working all year around. So try again.

Dear Madam/Sir, Regarding your comment posted, there are a few self-guided hike options near by the hotel but you need a vehicle to visit for example; the Milodon caves natural monument or Dorotea hill however we have available the bikes that you can request to go into town, Dorotea hill or even the Milodon caves natural monument. If you need more information please do not hesitate to write me back. All the best, Nicolás Crisóstomo Estay Head Guide

You are going to love it! My favorite is horse back riding around Lake Sofia. You go in the water, across the ranch, through streams etc with a gaucho. Very cool. The Kayaking on the Fjord is fun and can be challenging. If you're up for more difficult then I'd recommend the full day trek to the base of Torres del Paine. It takes about 8 hours in and out with lunch on site. Enjoy!!

I may be too late answering this question, but the half-board includes your room and breakfast. We did the all-inclusive and took advantage of all of the excursions we could fit into our day, without regard for the price. We also ate lunch and dinner without worrying about the price of things. When we priced the excursions after our stay, we realized we would have saved money doing the exact same excursions with the half-board. That also takes into account the $200 fee per person each way back and forth to the airport. If we had not had our lunch and dinners (and alcohol) included, we would have only selected the meal items we wanted (and wouldn't have over-eaten! For example, I rarely order dessert but ordered it with every meal we had. We were also traveling with friends who chose the half board and they felt that they also came out ahead by doing it that way. We had been told that it would be approximately 20% more expensive to do the half-board and pay for everything a la carte, but that is not the way it turned out for us.
