We were hiking Torres del Paine O-trek and stayed the night before and after our hike with Andrea & Alejandro. They were very helpful beforehand in giving us via email good advice where to rent equipment, etc. As one of my friends got sick and couldn't come to Puerto Natales there was also no issue canceling his reservation a week...

He was full of information about the local area, and gave us an invaluable briefing for our 3 days trekking in the Torres del Paine National Park. He helped us organise all our...

The best point about this hostel has to be Alejandro. He is such a knowledgeable, helpful and nice guy. When we arrived he explained everything you needed to know about the park Torres de Paine. The "W", the "O" and more. His breakfasts fill you up for your next hike easily (oatmeal, yogourt, toasts, jam, a different fruit everyday we...

I just spent two nights at Dos Lagunas - one night before heading to Torres del Paine and one night afterwards - and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. This isn't a fancy hotel, obviously, but my room was clean and comfortable, the location was very convenient, the wi-fi was solid, the hot water worked well, and breakfast...

Alejandro and Andrea were a very good hosts, kind and polite. Their recommendations helped me a lot!. The place is beautiful, small, It's not the most modern at all, but good enough to stay and sleep well. Clean a good location in town. Good breakfast and the coffee was really good. Definitely I´ll come back there.

My husband and I arrived late into Puerto Natales (after 9pm) with very little time (2 nights alloted for Torres del Paine) but an eagerness to visit the best of the area. Alejandro fetched us from the bus station and immediately became the most helpful man alive. We came back to his very nice home/hostal and after a thorough briefing...

We thoroughly enjoyed the extra special attention Alejandro bestowed upon us. He holds information sessions in the evenings for doing the W Walk ,has the best coffee in Chile and runs a clean, warm, homely small hostel. Alejandro goes the extra mile. Thanks Alejandro!!

Alexandro and his wife have been amazing hosts during the week we stayed at their hostel. They provided us with very helpful advices to get ready for Torres del Paine (which campings to go to, what treking options for what weather, what to bring with us, which bus company to use, where to get the best/cheap gear,...). Hostal Dos Lagunas...
