My partner and I stayed at Keoken for two nights (before and after doing Torres del Paine) and Rodrigo was a wonderful host. We both have terrible Spanish and Rodrigo's English skills were a great help. The rooms are nice and clean. Showers and bathroom are also good. Breakfast is included and Keoken provides high quality cheese, yoghurt, butter etc....

Cozy little hotel. All fine. Good bad; excellent shower. Nice breakfast right beside the plaza de armas. I was looking for a place to spend just one night. Worked perfectly. Clean, nice, cozy, owned and operated by good people. Would definitely stay there again!!!

Our immediate reaction was that the decor, fittings etc. made this a welcoming and cheerful establishment. In addition, the owners were welcoming and willing to work with our lack of Spanish. The rooms (we tried two twin rooms) were comfortable as were the shared living rooms. The freshly cooked omelette for breakfast was excellent. Taxis are a fixed price (and...

Rodrigo and his wife were great hosts, and were always available to help out. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet. Great breakfast options in the morning and short walking distance to the center of town. Keoken is a great place to stay during a visit to Puerto Natales!

My husband and I stayed three nights. The couple who run this are charming and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. This is a B&B so rooms were not as well set up as a hotel however they were beautifully decorated, clean and adequate for our needs. Breakfast is taken in the kitchen each morning and there was a...

Rodrigo and his wife were such a kind and helpful couple. Being a single elderly traveller, they went out of their way to make sure I was well looked after. Rodrigo was kind enough to arrange a trek to the base of the Torres del Paine, and to cook early morning breakfasts, on the day of the trek, and on...

We stayed at the Keoken before and after our trek in Torres del Paine. The sitting room upstairs is peaceful and has a nice view (wifi is excellent there). Rodrigo is...
