Pleasant stay. Friendly staff, cosy atmosphere, well equipped kitchen, great wifi, clean bathrooms and good value. The rental gear was reasonable and fairly priced. Although they can answer some queries on trekking, they are not as sharp on the details nor take care bookings for you which is the standard in some of the other places in town. If you...

The rooms here are beautiful, and extremely warm! The communal space is large and has a great kitchen. The owner is lovely and very accommodating. The only aspect we could fault is the included breakfast, which was minimal and not particularly tasty. Other then that, a fantastic place to stay!

Cosy makes you feel like home, eye for detail. You can chill easily an evening. All the facilities are working. Internet was so fast that we watched a movie on nexflix. Always hot water and a free bathroom. Gets thorougly cleaned daily. Very nice staff who also live there and are always helpful.

I stayed at Yagan House for a while and completely fell in love with the place. The building is very cozy, wooden made and make you feel being at home. This was the perfect place to start from and come back to when we were hiking Torres del Paine. Lovely staff and rooms, good gear rental and a big lounge with a woodburner for post-mountain toe revival.

Yaganhouse was such a warm welcome after hiking the 'W' trek through Torres del Paine. The staff were super friendly and the rooms warm and clean. The living area was warm and cosy, but large enough that you never felt on top of fellow backpackers. Added to that the wood stove burning constantly in the corner created a lovely ambience....

I stayed here after the TdP trek and it was great. The hostel is very cozy, super clean and the breakfast is quite good. The only thing to note down is that if you plan to go out at night, make sure you ask for a key as you might not be able to access the hostel after midnight.
