We stayed in the Tara Angkor Hotel in September 2018, you are about 3 kilometres away from the main pub, night life area, but for a couple of dollars and a short trip by taxi, or bike type tuc tuc, will take you there.
Small to medium size hotel that is thoroughly polished in terms of service.
Polite and helpful staff ensure your stay is perfect.
Hotel food and drinks are of excellent standard.
Pool is small and quiet..perfect for me.
Terrace is lovely for evening meals and cocktails....More
This is a good quality hotel for a tour: comfortable and well lit rooms, good food (including gf bread for morning toast) and attentive and courteous staff and the spa and pool are excellent. Highly recommended.
