This has got to be the best place to stay in siem reap! Starting with a complimentary pickup at the airport in a vintage Mercedes, we were wowed by the service. (Return to the airport can be booked in a vintage car for a reasonable charge.) everyone from the drivers to the bell hop to reception, restaurant, cleaning and gardening were amazing. They made sure we had everything we needed and more. Each time we returned from and outing we were greeted with a cold towel and they were genuinely interested in how our day was. Breakfast service is a la carte and very attentive. They were able to make a gluten free waffle for me, which was such a treat! Also, they organized a takeaway breakfast one morning for us to take to the sunrise at Angkor Wat. In the evenings we really enjoyed the cocktails. The bartenders are fantastic!!! Rooms are spacious, clean and decorated with a retro style. The bathroom was very spa like. The salt water pool was incredibly refreshing at the end of the day. This hotel is incredible and I sincerely hope I make it back there again in the future!

Hotel's Favourite
We stayed five nights at Viroth’s and loved every minute. Some really great special touches like being picked up from the airport in a vintage Mercedes, and being offered a cool towelette whenever we got back to the hotel. Staff are highly professional, friendly and helpful. They are a true credit to the hotel. Food was amazing not least the breakfast, which includes all options (local, plus pastries, French toast, fresh fruit, granola, yogurt, cooked eggs, bacon etc). We also had dinner at the hotel one evening - also delicious, local and non-local dishes, all very fresh and flavoursome. We sometimes had a cocktail in the restaurant/open area. Really fresh and innovative recipes. Decor is 50’s and chill. Our rooms were very spacious with a temperance outside (we were on the ground floor). The whole hotel has an outside-in design - the entrance/restaurant area opens right into the pool. Lots of greenery. Large pool with comfortable loungers.

Viroth's Hotel is a textbook example of a well-run hotel with superb staff. No detail is too small. The staff learn your name quickly. It's very personable. The manager picked me up at the airport in the hotel's vintage Rolls Royce Silver Shadow. We had a good conversation about Siem Reap and recent events in Cambodia. I enjoyed being welcomed inside with a cool eucalyptus infused towel. The property is beautiful. This urban oasis is built around a saltwater swimming pool and features greenery through the hotel. The lobby is what I would describe as mid-century modern design. Beautiful. My room on the fourth floor was large and elegantly decorated. The bed is super comfortable and it was very quiet at night. Great air conditioning and good WiFi Speeds. Housekeeping was great. Other items on my checklist: a room safe big enough for a laptop computer. check. There were plenty of bathroom amenities. Breakfast is served to order. They have just about everything. Excellent service The hotel brought me back to the airport in their vintage Mercedes limousine. It was a great end to a wonderful stay. Viroth's Hotel lives up to the hype. Highly recommended!

We just had a fantastic four night stay at Viroth’s hotel in Siem Reap. Everything was just perfect and we were overwhelmed by the hospitality. The staff here are all incredible helpful. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The rooms are spacious and very nice individually decorated. Very clean hotel overall. We can’t recall being so pleased with everything in a hotel. This is a must visit hotel in Siem Reap Cambodia.

Could not recommend Viroth’s Hotel enough! Not only is it a beautiful place in a great location, but the service we experienced during our 6 night stay was consistently fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and tours, transfers, and medical help were arranged for us smoothly and efficiently. It made for such a relaxing stay. We got the sense that staff really cared about our wellbeing. The spa treatments were also excellent.

I love our 4 night stay at Viroth's. The reception staff were super friendly and personable, always ready with wide smiles and ever ready to dispense information/advice, prepare transport/tour services, serve us with cold towels and spray us with insect repellent. The restaurant, where we had daily breakfast (not a buffet but a very decent list of options including western choices like omelette, cereals and toast, as well as Cambodian food like noodle soup), also had staff who are ever responsive and attentive. On one of the days when i had foolishly thought i could combat the mosquitoes, but ended up with several bites. Upon seeing me scratch my legs, within seconds and without even me asking for it, the restaurant staff came over with their insect repellent. I was really touched and impressed. Another incident that made us really impressed was, the hotel staff prepared breakfast for us on the day we had the Sunrise Angkor Wat tour. They packed a full range of hard boiled eggs, toast and fruits for both of us (see photo). They were prepared to pack tea and coffee for us but we had requested them not to. Their service and thoughtfulness was beyond impeccable. Full marks for their effort! We booked a twin deluxe room. While there was no real view, it was ok because the room, including the bathroom, was spacious and clean. And we super loved the rainforest shower. We didn't use other hotel facilities but did use the pool which was a decent size of 25m in length, and I could do laps. Overall, i would rate the hotel 5 stars and give it five more bonus stars for its amazing and incredible group of staff. The staff truly made a wonderful and positive difference and would recommend this hotel strongly.

Most kind, charming and welcoming hotel staff🙏🏽& hotel. Mr Sorach and his amazing colleagues were very attentive and helpful in the layed back and friendly way. As a vegetarian they made special dishes and were very accomdating. The hotel is a beautiful gem. Not your mainstream Hilton hotel, but a cute spot with artifacts to make the hotel and room feeling and looking very uplifting and cool. Clean and well kept. The pool is saltwater and just so soft, wellmainted and Perfect spot to relax. Must try. Again.

We stayed here for three nights with the archeological package. The hotel itself was wonderful. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. The food was delicious. The breakfast had a lot of choices and you could choose as much as you wanted. Everything was pretty much perfect. My only issue is that we had a room facing the neighborhood and there was a rooster who started making noise around 5am. Maybe a room facing the pool would have been quieter. Otherwise I loved everything about this hotel. The archeological package was perfect. It include the grand tour and small tour and a sunset and sunrise. I felt saw all that we wanted to see during our stay. Our tour guide was Chamrong and he was very knowledgable, patient and took pictures for our family. Mab was our driver and also very friendly. The hotel was well located and it was easy to walk to restaurants. It was simply a lovely time.

stayed here for two nights. Very friendly staff cannot do enough for you and any requests are responded to with a positive and active response. The swimming pool is lovely with salt water and long enough to enjoy swimming. I took a tour of Ankor Was with a guide arranged by the hotel. Sokly Phok. He was very kind responsive when I felt the hot sun and took lots of photos I will always treasure. He is knowledgable and rightly proud of his heritage. Also a few jokes on the trip. I took a tuk tuk through the hotel highly recommended

Service from all staff members were consistently friendly, helpful and most importantly, sincere. Everyone had a smile on their face and were always happy to extend their assistamce. Room was super clean which I am extremely grateful for in this day and age. Housekeeping does a great job. The room is very nicely appointed and very functional. You will know what I mean when you go to hotels that look real nice but are not very functional for travellers. The room rate includes one way airport transfer in a vintage car and ala-carte breakfast. Selection was small but everything was well prepared and tasty. The hotel is located a 15mins walk to the small city centre. Or you can take a tuk tuk for us$2. You can write to the hotel to arrange a private angkor Wat tour.
