My experience with this hotel started with the emails from the manager, who is very helpful and responds instantly. The hotel itself is very clean and the rooms are a great size and very comfortable. The pool is a great size with the bar next to it where you can enjoy the happy our each day. Its very handy the...

Ah, what a relaxing place! Hidden away from all the noise of the city, but still being very close to it, gave us a very pleasant stay at Lotus Lodge. The place is beautifully decorated, the rooms clean and well maintained and the atmosphere pleasant. There was a few issues that I would like the highlight tho, the main one...

Usually people like to say that you get what you pay for,so I wasn't expecting much,but...When we arrived at the hotel,we were given the wrong room,a twin bed room,so we ve asked for a double bed ,as reserved. We were given one,but the aircon and the fan weren't working, there was no safe and no wifi and there was a big hole...

The Lotus Lodge is a wonderful little place hidden away from the crazy bustling traffic of Siem Reap. Not only is a great accommodation with cute little bungalows and delicious food, but the staff truly cares about both their clients and people of Siem Reap. As a teacher at NGO here in Siem Reap, our students have very little access...

The things that are slow in lotus lodge (ie breakfast service) didn't worry us but could be frustrating for some (eg waited 20 min for eggs and barely warmed 'toast' and another 15 for 'juice'. Service is friendly, however and beds comfy enough.

Came to the end of our 2 months in SE Asia so decided to stop in a nice hotel with pool etc to relax before flying home. The rooms were great and good value for money, large and everything worked. Pool was nice, not enough sun beds, it was quite quiet when we were there but i can imagine it...

This was not luxury, a little bare, but the Spring Rolls and coffee every morning made it exceptional. It is simple and no frills. Nice pool, great cocktails. Nice staff. I tip well, and the staff deserves it. They are sweet and kind and very helpful. Tuk-tuks ready, necessary electronic adapters, wi-fi perfect.

This was our first hotel in Cambodia. We arrived late in the evening and the staff were helpful enough to show us around. The pool is relaxing and the lodge has an arrangement with local tuk tuk drivers to take you to the temples in Angkor. Highly recommended!

The lodge/hotel itself has a vary pleasant atmosphere with a nice pool, landscaping and lodge style rooms BUT it is located out of town on a rough dirt road that would be almost impassible during the wet season. Tuk Tuks charge extra to go out there. The breakfast is poorly presented and on the last day of our stay, we...
