This is a lovely boutique hotel with two swimming pools, a bar, restaurant and helpful reception staff. The air conditioned rooms are generous in size, with a fridge, kettle, bath and shower which has ample hot water. Its quiet location is a short walk from Siem Reap centre. Our room had a balcony which had a table and two chairs. The hotel is near to restaurants, bars and the Paris Bakery. It is good value for money and we will certainly stay here again when we return to Siem Reap.

We had the best stay here. If you want direct pool access rooms the best ones are rooms 121 and 122( the steps to get in/out of the pool are here). Large beds, private sunloungers, massive bathroom, soundless working fridge and the rooms were clean and quiet. The pool was beauitiful, always clean and the perfect temperature.
We ate at the restaurant a few times and loved everything we had( the fish Amok was lovley) and there is a free water fill station in the restaurant. The tours arranged through the front desk went smoothly and were a fair price. Pub street and the markets are a short tuktuk ride from the hotel($1-2). We couldn't hear street noise from the hotel rooms and definitely no noise from Pub Street.
You can stay in a hotel but the staff here really made it feel like home. Their professionalism and smooth handling of requests from luggage storage, late checkout, arranging a birthday, booking tours and making us feel completely safe and welcome was 10/10. We would stay here again!

As we had stayed before in the Ladear hotel, in Siem Reap, we decided to go back there. We had spent two night already in another hotel, but it did not fully meet our expectations. Upon check in to Ladear we were brought to the newer building, however on the third floor. Being elderly, and without a lift available, we asked for a lower floor. However the groundfloor rooms, with direct access to the swimming pool, were all occupied for the next several days. So we were relocated to the older part of the hotel, which had been renovated since our last stay, and which was now quite good. As cable TV seemingly does not work in the hotel, we got the internet connection, which allowed to watch as well. Including netflix, youtube, etc. As the entrance to the room was on the ground floor, it was full of plants, which provides nice privacy and quiet when sitting outside. However, the plants had grown towards each other, making passing through having to touch braches and leaves. Last time, I hit a leave overhead, somewhere else in a garden in the neighboorhood, I hit a ants collection, which bit me all over the head. So I suggested to the hotel to prune, without sacrificing the privacy. Upon return from a walk in town, the entrance was nicely cleaned as asked. It is this kind of responsiveness which makes such a place feel like home. So, clean room, amenities ok, service outstanding, good value for the money. So next visit to Seam Reap we will stay there again.

We took 2 rooms on the ground floor with direct access to the swimming pool. The hotel located near the road, but in the rooms you can't hear anything, near the swimming pool with the vegetation, that's okay too, on the other hand the breakfast room is open to the road, too bad Another downside is the breakfast, Large, clean rooms, warm welcome, always helpful, always smiling, it's so pleasant. Good small hotel, far from mass hotels We took advantage of the foot massage offered in the salon a stone's throw from the hotel, it was so well done, that we booked a Cambodian massage the next day, it's the foot, to do For 17 dollars a tuk tuk took us to the temples, he spent the whole time with us Entrance to the temples is 37 dollars for a day, you must first go through the ticket offices which are in another part of the city

Nice and clean. Friendly staff. The only complaint was that the air conditioner didn't cool the room very quickly. Breakfast was limited compared to other places we stayed, e.g., there was no omelet station, as we were used to at other similar hotels. The breakfast room/restaurant is open to the street, so it can be noisy and warm. Nice looking pools, but we didn't have a chance to try them out

The staff is highly trained and really treats guests with genuine hospitality the utmost consideration. You will be well cared for here and feel at home. The rooms are exceptionally comfortable with accommodations Western guests will find amenable; such as a mini fridge & sink outside the bathroom area. The pool area is beautiful. The rooms come with a complimentary 30 min foot massage at a spa right next door (& coupons for facials, massages etc) and breakfast ( which is good, but often slow to replenish items so patients required.) The foot massage was especially appreciated after a long day exploring the area. Highly recommended this hotel only a short walk to several great restaurants & old market.

Found them on FB. Booked them more than a month in advance, communication was clear, and confirmation was sent right away. I also double check with them few days before our arrival.
They've also helped us prepare an airport pick up which cost 35USD.
Arrived late evening and check in was smooth since we informed them our exact itinerary.
Room was clean, every necessity was provided. We also booked a day tour guide and tuktuk. I guess most hotels offers this. (I forgot how much 😅)
Staff were very helpful with every request we had. Provided us maps, itineraries, and other information needed.
Location is a walking distance to the center. So it makes it quiet and ideal to relax.

Lovely friendly helpful staff. Our room was meant to be on the 4th floor but we were given an upgrade to ground floor - without requesting it. This was very welcomed and appreciated. Our room was clean , comfortable bed with a good strong shower. Breakfast is adequate. The 2 pool areas have lots of comfy beds . The main pool area is pretty. The hotel is in a quiet location but close to all amenities- 15 mins walk to Pub Street. One of the main attractions for me was the wonderful spa which offered amazing massages. There eere 2 free foot and leg massages offerred on arrival which was very welcomed after a long flight or day at the Temples. Highly recommend this little peaceful hotel if you don't require 5*.

We booked this hotel from 2nd January to 5th January 2024. Made the booking in July 2023 and received a confirmation from Vathana (reservation Officer) on 23/07/2023.
On the way to hotel, around 11am on 2/1/2024 we received a message through booking.com that hotel is fully booked and they cannot accommodate us. We thought this is a spam and emailed directly to hotel to confirm. Reservation officer Mr. Lok emailed back saying it is him and not a spam and they cannot accommodate as they are fully booked
This is very unruly and unprofessional as making a booking 5 months ago and receiving confirmation ( we had few messages from the hotel confirming the booking) and last minute cancellation. We are travelling from Australia and always do our booking early to plan the holidays.

Stunningly renovated hotel. New eateries, a new lobby, and a new room. The cafe's meals were excellent. Why are the fusion Khmer foods so bland-tasting, one wonders? The reason the Khmer sweet and sour soup was frigid was that it was served on a sizable, ice-cold platter with chopped tomatoes, sweet potatoes, and caviar-topped black fish. Additionally, they destroyed the flavor by pouring curry sauce over a sizable platter of cold food. I wish they'd quit ruining and rewriting these delectable Khmer cuisine.
