Khmer Mansion Boutique Hotel is a truly comfortable and charming place to stay in Siem Reap. Sam and his staff are friendly, professional and attentive. This hotel is tucked away in a safe and quiet spot, even though it's conveniently located right in the centre...More
The staff is the best, always kind and helpful. The pay attention to small but meaningful details, such as receiving you with a cold towel every time you come back from a walk or tour, or providing you with a weather forecast for your stay....More
Everything was perfect. Service, attentiveness, food, spa, room, etc. They are super nice without it feeling like they were trying to sell you something. The restaurant fixed menu option was a steal, ten dollars for several courses of great local dishes. The spa had a...More

Hi there Peter,
Yes they do have family rooms - not sure how many and if one has 3 beds in it. The hotel is based on an L shape and the floor we were on had 2 rooms connected by the outside balcony. I also don't know if they were connected by an inside door. The balconies are separated from each room but the family room balcony was open between the two rooms. If you go up on their website you will be able to see this. But they are so helpful that an email to them will probably get you what you need for your family. This is a wonderful hotel and you will definitely enjoy your stay if they can meet your families needs.
From memory, I think the family rooms were about 150.00USD per night. But they have specials running all year, so check it out.
