The best part of the hotel is their very helpful staff. I have visited many places, stayed in many hotels in different countries, but it was the first time when a hotel staff explained about the city, various attraction and transport facility/recommended places, and its costs, etc. after handing over the room key (we have not asked even a single...

We stayed here for two nights at the end of our 6 day private tour of Cambodia. We were booked into a Superior City View room but the hotel kindly upgraded our room to a Deluxe Pool View. The room was large and comfortable with very quiet and efficient air conditioning. It had an in-room safe; tv (not that it...

We recently stayed here and found the hotel to be very good. The rooms were nicely appointed and the pool with swim up bar was great. Very relaxing oasis from the heat. We had a driver Mr Kim Heng who picked us up from the airport and then was able to take us out to the Floating Village and then...

Just returned from a 8 night stay. Had to switch rooms after our first night due to a bathroom leak, which worked out well for us. The first room in the main building was older, had a bare box spring, and dirty shower curtain. Our second room located in the Indradevi section was much nicer with an updated large bathroom....

A central location with local cultural atmosphere. Very friendly staff, superb swimming pool and local and western meals. Just a short tuktuk ride from 'pub street' where many providers of food of all nationalities plus beer, of course. Well recommended.

The food has gone down hill, the spring roles cacked in dirty oil which is very poor for this standard of hotel. Every time you order chicken spring roles out of stock, better if they just remove it off the menu. Their are no changing rooms for the pool just a corridor where anyone can walk in.

Stayed 5 nights with friends while on the Siem Reap 'tour'. Staff were so welcoming & attentive, whether door men, reception, restaurant, pool, room. No problems with speaking English. Our room was on 5th floor (top floor), so we had to take lift up to 4 & walk 1 set of stairs. Think the top floor rooms are an extension...

Good hotel near the night market, the old town center and the river. There are many shops, restaurants and super markets nearby. A currency exchance office is directly by the main entrance and a cash dispencer on the other side of Sivataha Street. As most of the hotels in Siem Reap. is it hosting the tourists visiting Angkor Wat. This...

There are many very good hotels in Siem Reap but this is one of the best-central location: 700 meters from Pub Street; close to big supermarket; close to massage - at the hotel better but 3 times more expensive; aspara dinner very good-6 USD more expensive than Koulen II Restaurant close by,but absolutely better food at the hotel.nice pool-and very...

A friend and I stayed in this hotel for three enjoyable nights. The room was comfortable and had a fairly updated bathroom. There were plentiful amenities provided in the bathroom. There was a coffee bar, refrigerator and safe in the room. Beds included one double and one queen which had a moderate dip in the mattress. As I turned over...

It is just fifteen (15) minutes drive from Siem Reap International Airport and ten (10) minutes to the world-renowned Angkor Watt Temple. Truly, HOTEL SOMADEVI ANGKOR RESORT & SPA is a convenient address to business and leisure travelers. SOMADEVI was originally the name of the Cambodian Queen who led Cambodia in the first century during the Khmer Empire Period. Based on her successful merits in making Cambodia the most well-known country in South East Asia in terms of society and infrastructure, her name continues to rise in the mind of today's Cambodian people. Therefore, we have taken her extinct name as our business brand name with the sole purpose of respect and worship. ... more   less
