Really nice hotel with clean rooms which provide really good standard. Good mattresses with higher quality compared to those you normally find in Asia. Could be a little softer though but that might be a personal preference which doesn't change the excellent overall experience.
The breakfast offers a very nice variety of well presented food, a cook prepares eggs to the style of one's choice. Good coffee.
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. If you have a wish they will do everything to fulfill it if they can.
The hotel is also well located in the former "French quarter", close to old market and the "pub street".

Located in the most perfect area of Siem Reap, this French Colonial Hotel is simply beautiful!! It's not 5 star but it might as well be because everything about this hotel is classy, elegant and semi-luxurious. The staff are amazing, friendly but totally professional and very eager to make your stay a happy one. Receptionist Vichika has smiles all day long for you, her greetings are something to look forward to. The rooms are beautifully maintained, the red polished wood all over the hotel is just gorgeous. The house-keeping staff are exceptional and very accommodating and nothing is too much to ask of them. My room was the most basic standard room but it was just perfect by comparison to the most ridiculously priced hotel rooms in western countries. This hotel is perfect in every respect, I highly recommend it and will surely stay here every single time I visit Siem Reap.

I stayed at Steung Siem Reap for a total of 4 nights. The rooms were exceptional and clean. The bed was really comfortable, and having a bathtub was the cherry on the cake! The hotel itself is within walking distance to many restaurants, bars and clubs. Every staff member I encountered, from the restaurant, to the receptionists at checking to the cleaning staff were delightful, eager to help and trustworthy! The cleaning staff even found my beloved silver earring I thought I had lost forever and returned it to me immediately while I was waiting in the lobby. They also arranged for me to go see the circus show, which was also amazing! Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Siem Reap and looking for a luxurious, yet affordable stay!

We group of 20 stayed for 2 Nights, I feel it's a good city center 3 Star Dlx hotel, just 5 mins walk from pub street. They have 2 buildings, main building is ok but another building is right on the street (footpath) which I really don't like, restaurant and swimming pool is in main building. Decent rooms, good service, breakfast is good not great. It can be a nice experience if you stays in main building......

The staff throughout the hotel were all lovely, welcoming, friendly and helpful.
Our room was large, colonial style in line with the hotel theme, with a great shower (although over the bath).
The location is perfect for walking into the town with loads of cafes etc nearby.
The pool is lovely and allows some much needed shade from the hot weather.
The only downside was that the furnishings in our bedroom were a little tired and in need of upgrading.

The room that I stayed in is clean, air conditioned and has all the modern amenities one would come to expect. The staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast is good and adequate. The hotel is bright, clean and well maintained.
The only minor complaint that I have is that I have to keep asking the staff for soap and shampoo. I did not get replacements when my room was made up.
This hotel is value for money. I would stay with them next time I am in Siem Reap. But it does not get my full marks because of the minor irritation above.

We found this centrally located hotel was a real treasure. Old world charm with all the modern conveniences !!
The hotel has good sized rooms that were neat, clean and tidy with staff that were very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast in the hotel was a treat, great mix of local and European dishes and a great start to the day.
The hotel was a short walk for the downtown area and the hotel pool was a great place to cool off and relax after a big day of touring.

A very nice hotel with very nice and helpful staff! The room was clean and the breakfast was very OK but nothing extraordinary. The reception staff were wonderful and provided good service. Although this was a part of an organized trip it seems that the hotel price seems to be rather low. Worth every penny!

Lovely hotel with beautiful French Colonial architecture in an excellent location - a short stroll to the SIem Reap river and around the corner from Pub Street. Our room was spacious with a balcony. The pool lovely and pristine. Dinner was delicious and good value for money although breakfast seemed less organised with many cloches empty at 8am and no bacon nor eggs available. We complained so it was better the next morning.

I have stayed there twice, the first time I had a huge suite and it was fabulous. The next time I didnt realise that my room would be across the road and the room I was allocated I hardly slept at all as it was right on the street and the party life/tuk tuks/motor bikes etc etc went on all night. I went to see the staff the next morning to explain the situation. They were absolutely fantastic and moved me back to the main hotel which is so so much quieter. the pool area is lovely and the breakfast is satisfactory
