We have just returned from a 15 night stay at this fantastic hotel. This was our second visit and feel that it has gotten better and better. From the second we arrived the management and staff could not do enough to make our stay perfect. The hotel and rooms are beautifully decorated and the atmosphere is calm and everywhere smells amazing with essential oils. Every staff member knows you by name and treat you like family and were always greeted by happy smiling faces. We have travelled extensively across the far east and the management and staff are by far the best we have experienced. Breakfast is a unique experience where you can either dine inside or use the swing beds outside where we spent many mornings relaxing and chatting to staff before starting our day. The food is delicious and you can choose from the menu and also help yourself to fruit, pastries, yogurts etc.. We cannot thank the management and staff enough for making this a perfect holiday that we will never forget. Many many thanks for a wonderful stay and memories that will last a lifetime. I recently organized and directed a three-week study tour in Thailand and Cambodia on the topic of CSR and Sustainable Tourism for 14 undergraduate business students from the University of Washington (Seattle, USA). During our tour, we had the opportunity to stay at the Shinta Mani Hotel in Siem Reap, Cambodia. The hotel and its staff were excellent on many levels: Hotel safety standards were up to par, the service was outstanding, rooms were quiet and comfortable, and the meeting arrangements were great. Beyond offering great accommodations, the Shinta Mani is an outstanding example of a hotel that gives back to the community through the Shinta Mani Foundation. They truly practice what they preach! In addition to our stay, the hotel management also took the time to help educate my students on the trends and importance of sustainable tourism: a very valuable lesson for my students to hear. In the end, The Shinta Mani Hotel delivered excellent value for money, and I would not hesitate to stay there again.…
I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Beautiful city, beautiful hotel and the staff goes above and beyond in a big way. 5 out of 5 stars! If you’re looking for a relaxing, luxurious environment you need to stay at this hotel.
We loved our stay at Shinta Mani! Such a cool, modern boutique hotel, with the nicest staff! Everyone was so helpful, very clean property, larger private rooms, comfortable beds and great property amenities. We had amazing facials at the spa, the restaurant on site was great for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and the staff helped us book tours, transportation, and reservations. Highly recommend!
Absolutely amazing personnel everyone up to the manager Ewan was incredibly kind and made us feel at home all the time! The hotel was super clean, modern and the spa is excellent too The breakfast was also very good with all kinds of local and international options Totally recommend this place for a wonderful experience on Cambodia
We loved our stay here at the Shinta Mani.. we felt so welcomed and cared for and all our needs were met, nothing was too much trouble and the staff were the best part about staying here, we loved talking to everyone and the kindness to us was outstanding . The breakfast was so good and relaxing and room was well equipped and comfortable . Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend this property when visiting Siem reap. Oh and take the bicycles out and go exploring , we did this a few times and it was a great way to explore and was heaps of fun !
Loved the look and feel of the hotel. Staff wonderful, attentive and discreet. Quality amenities and airport transfers spot on. Restaurant food was great. Went for the Khmer Empire 1/2 Marathon. The package additions were perfect (60 minute Massage, Meal and Cocktail and Run Transfers). Only aspects I would have liked was breakfast buffet/option: Fresh Orange Juice as opposed to Store bought
There are some incredible hotels in Siem Reap, some of which we have had the privilege to experience first hand but for me, there is always 'the one', normally, the hotel that I have read about and fallen in love with that very often plants the seed to travel to a certain country or city. Shinta Mani Angkor and Bensley Collection Pool Villas is the hotel that lured me to Siem Reap the first time and so it felt like the most perfect place to spend our first few nights on arrival back Siem Reap. The Shinta Mani team were incredible and attentive and exceeded all expectations (and the upgrade to a pool villa on our last night was an incredible surprise and has left me dreaming about how I can get a bathroom like that of my own).
Shinta Mani Angkor is a luxurious and tranquil boutique hotel. The ambience, well appointed spacious rooms and delicious breakfasts and dinners are outstanding. Countless small touches add up to a fantastic experience. From the warm welcome to the final farewell every staff member, without exception, are warm, genuine and attentive to our every need. The staff make this place incredible! The hotel also has a foundation which is inspiring. They work on projects to break the cycle of poverty for the poor in Siem ReapI
Just came back from Cambodia .. We stayed at this incredible and beautiful hotel in Siem Reap with a very tasteful and unique decoration. The rooms are very clean and the bed mattress and bed pillows are very comfortable. The staff is incredibly sweet and attentive. Manager at the front desk will do anything to make sure your stay is memorable. The food at the restaurant is amazing, our favorites were the steamed sea bas and the amok tray. ( there is no need to eat outside of the hotel). Make sure you grab a drink at the bar on the second floor which is beautiful and has an amazing selection of gins from all over the world. The massage in the spa and their staff were wonderful. We loved this hotel and we recommend it without reservation.
