Nightmare!!! We visited last week as part of a family holiday. 15 minutes into our visit, 2 of our group, on lying on their beds, were bitten by bed bugs. The rest of their group also found dead bed bugs in their rooms. On notifying management, they launched into denial mode. As expected, we checked out immediately, but not before... More

Dangue Fever no thanks. Just a ridiculous amount of dead mosquitoes from a recent spraying. (On the beds, pillows, floor, shower, everywhere) But wait they're all not dead. Still dozens still flying in the cover of the dark room. Nothing I hate more then get bit in the night and with Dangue fever now it's dangerous. No way, I walked... More

Nice room, real wooden decor and traditional feel about the room. The pool area was nice and the staff very friendly. Let down by poor wifi availability- only in reception - and mosquitoes which got in through the the vents in the bathroom - not happy about that in a malaria risk area.

Please never book here, we got scammed!! Via booking.com we booked a stay at a "partner hotel" (Xing Angkor Hotel). When we arrived at this hotel they told us they were overbooked and then they moved us to the Neak Pean Hotel. The original booking was $17.50 for one night, however, the Neak Pean Hotel tried to charge us $25... More

This place is antiquated, which would be fine if it was clean and well serviced, but it wasn't. The rooms were not well cleaned, it was hard to get towels, the dining area was messy and had dirty plates left on tables. The staff seemed not to give a care about getting anything done, and would often be sitting around... More

Last year we stayed for three weeks at this hotel and loved it. They now have new management and it's appalling. They are unfriendly & there is no service. The breakfast was bad whilst they were serving but then when we (a group of 7) were the only guests they stopped serving it. You could order an egg but only... More

I recently stayed a week at the Neak Pean Hotel. The staff and service were great. The Manager (Sivam) in particular went out of his way to make my stay a pleasant one. It is safe and clean. The breakfast was good and the pool very clean. The room was cleaned promptly once you left your room for daily activities.... More

The rooms had aircondition and it's ok. Also a nice swimmingpool. But dont make the mistake to leave any cash on the room. We hide 150 Usd beneath some clothes in the cabinet. The ordinary house cleaner was sick one day, and the person who did the job in stead, was finding the money an took them. We made a... More
