We stayed at this hotel for a total of four days and enjoyed the really comfortable beds, excellent showers and great air conditioning. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. We just loved Phat Sochin at the front desk. She made us feel like family! Breakfasts were lovely, with fresh fruit, breads, Asian food and western food.
Beautiful hotel that is well kept. Friendly staff many speak English. Excellent buffet breakfast. Easy to arrange tours through the concierge. The hotel spa is peaceful and the massage was excellent. Prices are very reasonable. The area around the hotel is very walkable and there is a good sized supermarket just a couple of blocks away, Angkor Market. Great selection of beers and wine, imported as well as local.
This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and again I was not disappointed. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, well appointed and looked after, but what makes it exceptional are the people. On both visits they have gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome, looked after and valued. They always say what makes a place are the people, and the people here are the most friendly, warm and generous you are ever likely to meet.
We stayed at the hotel twice in January and the service was amazing, all of the staff were really friendly and helpful and the hotel and pool were immaculately clean. The room was great and the bed was really comfortable. The airport pickup and drop off was really helpful and the centre of town is just a short tuktuk ride away
From when we arrived we were made to feel so welcomed over our 4 night stay. All staff have been very helpful and polite. The facilities, food, room all excellent and of a very high standard and exceptionally clean. Even though we do a lot of walking Tuk-Tuks were available at all times to drop us off or pick us up. Nothing was an issue and we highly recommend anyone visiting.
This is the exact type of hotel experience which makes it way better than a 5 star. Room quality is the same if not better than some comparable 5 stars , but the personalized service and family feel makes it a much better experience..I recommend the English guide Vanna for the temple tours ..deep understanding of history and fluent English
Excellent hotel and staff. Sopheap went above and beyond and made my trip so much better. They helped organize 2 trips to the temples and a car for me to Phnom Phen. The hotel is clean, has a very nice pool and sauna. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and would come back anytime. The staff is very attentive, friendly and helpful. Every wish is fulfilled and Sochin Phat was really extremely dedicated to us. Likewise, the entire restaurant and bar team was very attentive and also happy to have a laugh. It should be added that the breakfast fulfills all wishes. Fresh fruit, crepes or even fresh waffles let you start the day super well. All in all, a beautiful hotel with very dedicated and great staff.
The photos online don’t do the property justice. It feels like an oasis away from the heat & hubbub of the streets. Every thing is new, clean & comfortable, Pool is fantastic, the massage at the day spa was the best I have had on holidays - highly recommend! I had a room beside the pool for a few days on my own before my family arrived - everything was brand new & quiet (a little bit of noise from neighbours a few times but noting that affected my stay). I moved to a family room which is two bedrooms with ensuites & a living area. Again the photos didn’t do the room justice. It’s spacious & clean. A little bit noisy at night due to the bars across the road but most nights they finished by 10pm. Bring earplugs maybe just in case. :-) All the staff are super friendly and helpful, I felt like a VIP the whole stay. Special call out to Phat Sochin in the reception area who couldn’t do enough to make my stay perfect & helped when we left a few things behind in the safe by accident. The breakfast buffet is lovely - great coffee & omelette. Good choice of options. I ate from The restaurant a few times & it was fresh & delicious - had the Saem burger for a late lunch which was super tasty (recommend!) & the Carbonara pasta for dinner. Transfer from the airport was easy - loved the cold towel & bottle of cold water after the long flight. Good suggestions of tours from reception - highly recommend the Vespa cultural tour for something different to Angkor Wat & the temples. The fishing village afternoon tour is also a must. Highly recommend visiting here & Siem Reap in general.…
This hotel should be 5 star , it's complete luxury. The staff are friendly and professional. I have to mention Sochin the concierge she was very helpful in researching and booking some of my trips /activities while I stayed here , she was fantastic and even brought a birthday cake on my birthday. My stay here was amazing and fantastic, I loved every moment.
