This is my second visit to Siem Reap and to Angkor Secret Garden - this hotel never disappoints. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the room is always clean and nice. Great location also, about 10 minute walk to city center and pub street. The property is beautiful, and I can't speak highly enough about the staff and our...

This hotel is a 10 minute walk from the main drag of Siem Reap. It's hidden away in a little garden area, so noise is minimal. Comes with a good free breakfast daily, choice of Asian breakfast or a western egg and toast breakfast. They picked us up from the airport and they have a tuk tuk you can hire...

We booked in to this hotel as our Mum was going to be visiting in a few weeks and relatives and friends had recommended the place, along with the tour services. Excited to be 'treating' ourselves for the weekend we were pleased that despite an early arrival (due to catching the night bus) they were able to prepare our room...

This hotel is located in an alley difficult to find first time...at first sight the place itself looks great, with a lot of plants in a beatiful garden and a small bar to have a drink por eat ( we just drank a few beers and had breakfast, which is really basic)... The staff is the best of the hotel,...

Everything about Angkor Secret Garden was excellent. Room was clean with air conditioning and refrigerator. No issues with WiFi. I loved coming back from a day of sightseeing and relaxing at their bar or in one of the hammocks. The free airport pickup was fantastic as was the food in their restaurant. It's only a 10 minute walk to Pub...

We stayed here less than 2 hours before moving our group of 7 friends to a different hotel. The rooms were dirty, linens ripped and stained, towels missing and bathrooms filthy (hair clogged drains) and the AC barely worked. For budget minded travelers I think this is a perfect choice. For our group which included 2 sick folks, it just...

At Angkor Secret Garden, we consider being clean to be part of providing a professional service. So with that in mind, we would like to thank the reviewer for her interest in our hotel. But, to be fair, we should highlight some inadvertent discrepancies. These errors can be checked by the reader, by reference to the reviews and publisher. Firstly,...

Pros: - The location of the hotel is good, where it is located 15 mins walking distance to Pub Street area. - The kitchen is open from 7am. If you are going to the Angkor Wat Sunrise trip (which departs at 5am), you can request the staff to prepare a packed breakfast earlier for you. Cons: - The condition of...

Very friendly staff and a comfortable room. AC worked great and the room was nice and clean. It is a little hard to see the hotel sign from the street, but luckily I checked in during the day. Thank you for a very pleasant stay!
