This hotel has a great location - just a couple of minutes walk from Pub Street or a $1 USD tuk tuk ride. The service from the hotel staff is superb. Our kids loved the "ruins" and the elephant themed pools. There was a great breakfast buffet and the room service was good and reasonably priced. The lobby and common...

Admittedly the Hotel has a nice ambience and is located centrally in town. Rooms are OK, internet was pretty bad, especially for a business traveler. Hotel has 2 small pools and a SPA. I will not return as it wasn't anything special for the price, and there is so much to choose from in Siem Reap.

We booked this hotel through booking.com which we used to do for other hotels during our trip too. The hotel itself is located a few metters from the downtown, night market, bar , restaurant and Pub-street. We spent a few dollars more than other boutique hotel in town but this hotel is beyond our expectation.

Good about this hotel: It is very clean and rooms are of good size. It is close to city centre. Just 5 minutes away on foot, there are lots of shops where you can enjoy haggling over the prices of clothing. There are lots foot and fish massage. There are lots of restaurants selling yummy Khmer food and US$0.50 anchor...

Since my previous review of the Royal Crown in 2014, I have stayed there a couple more times. And again this January – it is a nice mid-ranged hotel to stay at. The rooms are fine and have all that is required (including the ridiculously small cake of soap), everything works and the breakfast is more than adequate with both...

The price was great for the room and service. The room was large and well appointed. The staff was fabulous. There were two swimming pools and the breakfast included a wide choice and a cooking station for requests. Overall a very good choice. This property was recommended by friends the live there in sieam reap

A good average priced hotel to stay in an excellent location in Siem Reap. Offered good value for money. Decor could use modernising and updating. Room 220 was clean and bed comfortable. Friends stayed in room 230 which was comparable. Aircon good; however, slightly noisy. Bought some spray from the mini mart across the road to combat the constant swarms...

Such a so-so hotel. The rooms are mediocre at best. Our room was small. Shower was broken and ajo water straight out. The room was not nicer than US Motel 6 hotels which cost $30 a night. The service was so so as well. Some staff were nice. Others ignored us. The buffet breakfast was good though! The staff were...
