Just returned from dinner and drinks at the hotel. We requested for assistance at the front counter to hail a tuk-tuk or taxi as it was late and we are a group of ladies and was unpleasantly surprised to be told that it is difficult to get transport at this hour and no assistance was given. Definitely not the level...

We had our wedding at Raffles Singapore, and thought it would be nice to have our Honeymoon at a Raffles hotel as well. We are glad we picked Raffles d'Angkor. It is a lovely hotel, with great staff. Everyone was courteous, and professional. The breakfast is amazing, with everything you could want in a breakfast, including champagne! The pool is...

We stayed at Raffles for 3 nights during our trip to Siem Reap. The colonial architecture of the hotel was definitely magnificent and stunning, and quite nostalgic really. The staff there were all really attentive and friendly, making our stay a wonderful experience. They were really helpful with our plans at Siem Reap, making reservations for dinner, getting us taxis/tuktuks...

Raffles d'Angkor is everything one would expect of a Raffles property. The hotel was stunning, the rooms were of a very high standard as was the service, and the pool was fabulous. We left with very very fond memories and hope to return soon.

A friend and I stayed at the Grand Hotel d'Angkor for 5 nights in October 2014. Although this was the end of the rainy season, we had but one day of rain and used the hotel facilities --pool,spa-- and excursions organised by the Concierge and billed to our room. Staff overwhelmingly attentive, friendly, helpful, and made good suggestions about activities/tours....

We are an older couple travelling on our own around SE Asia and this was the second Raffles we stayed at in a row (the first was in Phnom Penh) and we are really spoiling ourselves. It lived up completely to expectations with high quality courtesy, service, cleanliness, room comfort and quietness so we cannot add anything to the praise...

We have been pampered in this hotel where staff are very friendly and helpful from check in to the end of stay. Rooms are spacious, clean, and food is excellent. Definitely a cosy place to stay, and a relaxing hotel much needed after visiting the fascinating Angkor temples.
