Great service, Friendly staff. They were always smiling and greet you each time. Nice restaurant with great food. Has their own tuk tuk drivers that are friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Nice rooms with lots of extras. Very close to Angkor Wat. I look forward to returning to Siem Reap Bat hotel again!

Considering that it is only a 3 month old guesthouse when I stayed there (May 2012), I'd say it's great because the hotel manages to provide good service for guests (free tuk-tuk to night market etc). Consequently, the staff and owner are constantly upgrading themselves in accordance to facilities and amenities. The staff always puts a smile across their faces...

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel while doing the Temple Tours. A twin-room is only $18/night. Very comfortable beds in a spacious air-conditioned room. Free one-way transport to NightMarket, PubStreet, etc. Hotel Owner and his staff are helpful and friendly. Hearty complimentary breakfast a great start to our temple tours! They can organize cheaper temple tours too! For sure...

What makes this hotel fantastic is the staff- they are friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are comfortable and generally well appointed. The food is excellent. Also, the hotel is in a good location. I stayed there with my friends for 3 night. I would definitely stay here again when i visit cambodia the next time.

Myself and my girlfriend stayed here for a couple of nights in March this year. When we arrived it was just re-opening (as Bat Hotel not the previous name) and they were having their grand opening that evening. It was a great experience with the monks performing a ritual to bless the building, and the staff even brough in a...
