My husband and I enjoy traveling to experience other cultures without being overtly catered to. The Two Seasons Hotel had fantastic staff and warm genuine hospitality, that was the perfect welcome to Siem Reap. The Two Seasons sits 6mins away from the night market and no more than 10mins from Pub Street. The distance made these locations accessible while giving you peace and quiet from the hustle and bustle. I would recommend staying here if you want to an immersive experience visiting Cambodia. Staff helped us book massages and restaurants when the businesses required you book ahead of time, plus made solid recommendations on when to visit the temples. The hotel is also located next to a laundry business where we dropped off our closed in the morning and picked it up washed, dried, and ironed that evening for $1/kilo!

This hotel is exceptional in every way! It staff are very friendly, the rooms are very well appointed The location, not far from Pub Street, means you can walk there and back in the evenings. Breakfast was wonderful especially the coffee, fresh fruit and bakery items. Staff were all extremely courteous- in every department. And the pool! - it is a superb area to wind down after a busy temple visiting day, watch the sun setting ( or in our case also witnessing the spectacular total lunar eclipse) over delicious cocktails. What a find for our stay😎

James and the staff were excellent. The rooms were clean and very well laid out. We enjoyed the breakfast and the pool area and bar on the roof were amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend this place. We stayed for five nights. It is very close to Pub Street.

Really impressed with how much they’ve managed to develop the limited resources and make a fine stay option in Siem Reap. No sooner you enter the property, you’d realise the facade could be a deception even. The room I was given has got to be some of the most complete and lavish. A private tub next to the bed? Huge sized room, private balcony overlooking some of the best view of city life? To top it off, James, an Englishman serving the property less as a GM and more as only an owner would. Their European menu too impressed me, some of the better I’ve had at a foreign country. Full marks to them!

Absolute perfection. From check in to check out, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The location is brilliant - just two streets from the centre/Pub Street - but it’s not noisy or busy. The rooms are modern, clean and spacious, with all the amenities. The rooftop pool is beautiful (and they have a bar). I would 100% recommend anyone to stay here - it’s exactly what you want for Siem Reap.

I had the best time ever - I have never stayed in a hotel with more friendly staff. The rooms are magnificent and the hotel is spectacular. The owners and management make you feel like family. Whatever you order for breakfast, you will not be disappointed. Freshly baked bread and espresso coffee were a pleasant addition. There isn't anywhere I'd rather stay in Siem Reap.

An oasis in the heart of the city, close to Pub street but away from the busy streets. A gem of a find with such precise finishing touches with the wooden carvings and beautiful decore throughout the hotel. The rooftop pool and bar are such a relaxing spot to spend the afternoons and early evenings. All of the staff are so accommodating making us feel like part of the place, we extended our stay a number of times not wanting to leave. I found my new home in Siem Reap, definitely be visiting many times. Totally recommend this newly but hotel to anyone, secretly wanting to keep it to myself.
