We stayed here for 4 nights to see the temples at Angkor Wat and thought it was great for the money. The staff are superb, helping us with everything that we needed for our stay in Siem Reap. They organise the tours for you and their tuk tuk drivers are so friendly and helpful, even bringing ice cold water along...

We stayed at Jasmine Garden for two nights on a whirlwind run through Siem Reap and the Angkor Wat Ruins. As a hostel it meets the basic expectations and exceeds in a few key ones. It's about a 5-10min walk off the main strip so is quiet at night. The staff is very helpful, Kim Orng at reception was unbelievable....

Great location, walking distance to the pubs and markets yet far enough to be secluded in a quiet and charming location. The staff Kimorng and Sros were so friendly and helpful they made our stay very memorable. Their recommendations for day trips were spot-on, and got us a very good tuk-tuk-driver Mr Lucky whom we engaged for the 3 days...

I loved the service and the atmosphere. We felt at home and so welcomed! We had a great tuk tuk driver Lloy which we decided to hire for all our travelling around Angkor Temples and Siem Reap. Everyday, after visiting we were welcomed with a cold towel. Somehow its a small place with a great service. The hammock in the...

I love it here the atmosphere and staff make your stay homely and very comfortable :) the best part of our stay was the tuk tut driver me Tha ma! He is so lovely, genuine and helpful taking us around the Angkor wat temples and Siem reap. will miss him! Only thing about the jasmine villa is it's slightly out...

As soon as we stepped into Jasmine Garden Villa, I fell instantly into a laid back paradise where I was greeted warmly by traditional Khmer staff, but what really caught my eye at first were the hammocks outside of the reception. Not only was the service splendid where everyday I came back from the day's activities, I was welcomed with...

The people here are very helpful, kind and eager to please. They arranged a tuk-tuk ride from the airport, as well as one to the Siem Reap complex, local temples, museum and the horrific reminder that is Wat Thmey. (Another review) The location is good, close to the market and the restaurants and shops that are part of Pub Street,...

This convieniant hotel is centraly located and well managed by the very friendly staff. They want you to have everything and do everything for u! Either organizing trips from a to b or just help in general. To improve perhaps a better and more optional breakfast and more water pressure in the shower. But i cannot complain for this little...

I was really well received at this small, simple, but charming and comfortable hotel! The whole staff was very gentle and helpful, the breakfast was always fresh and the external area is super pleasant. I had a really great time there!

Rooms are clean enough, and staff are friendly, so all in all not a bad stay. However, the showers are not hot, the fan barely works and the pick up from the bus station? Didn't happen. I waited over an hour. But, c'est la vie! They reimbursed part of my tuk tuk ride and were very apologetic. As a solo...

“TIP: Wrote down the location.... our driver disappear in Angkor Wat and we had a bad time trying to remember the Guesthouse location. Carry a pocket flash light, electricticity cut off are common, so you'd find it helpful to walk back and find the guesthouse.”
