Booked the hotel through Groupon and regretted ever since. Stated on the Groupon that we were supposed to be given a welcome fruit platter but received none when we arrived. It was also mentioned that we would be getting complimentary tuk tuk rides to the city but instead we were made to pay USD5 for the ride which was supposed...

I stayed this hotel for 3 nights last April. It's reasonable price for just room and breakfast. Most of time, we spent outside at temples and other areas. Hotel staff are smiling all the times and helpful. I would recommend this to all who really need to save their budget on holiday.

We were fetched by the hotel's tuktuk driver from SiemReap's airport. That was good. He's a nice dude whom we hired for the duration of our stay at SiemReap. From its website, it mentioned they provide hair dryer but to our surprise, they didnt have any and we didnt bring ours. After a tiring day out and a nice shower,...

I booked this hotel after I saw a deal for it on deal.com.sg. It wasn’t a wise decision. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The hotel doesn’t win an points for location. We had some trouble navigating to Angkor Archaeological Park. The staff doesn’t follow English very well. At times they even gave us conflicting information, e.g. the cheapest rate...

I had booked to stay here in January. I gave them my flight details and was told they would hold a board up and pick me up. This didn't happen. When I contacted them they did not seem interested at all. They said they had sent someone but I was still stood there waiting. I went to another hotel as...

The hotel offered a good deal on groupon and we decided to stay there. The hotel is not centrally located but not too far when everywhere can be easily reached by Tuk-Tuk. The staff is friendly but some of them has difficulty understand when we tried to explain and asked for complex question. However, the hotel can help us arrange...

We spent 3 night here in Oct 2013 and were somewhat disappointed in our stay here. The hotel has new management and the receptionists(and any of the other staff) can barely speak any English, making the simplest communication extremely difficult. It was also being renovated while we stayed there, which definitely did it for any chance of ambience. Maybe it...

Our flight was delayed almost two hours and the Tuk Tuk driver waited at the airport the entire time! The next day he took us back to the airport so we could retrieve the luggage that was lost. The staff in early September was very nice, and prior to leaving back for the States in mid October the new management...

If coming to Siem Reap to visit the Temples the Niche hotel is a great place to stay at. The location of the hotel is wonderful; it is close to the Temples and the fun night life of Pub Street as well. The customer service is outstanding, the rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. The hotel itself is beautiful....

I stayed 18 nights at Siem Reap Niche Hotel in February and can't wait to go back next year, primarily because I know that the lovely staff will look after me and make sure that all is well. The hotel is very new, its location rather a long way from the town centre, but it's not too far to walk...

“I advise you to book the front rooms if possible if you like seeing people, all kinds of activities in the street 24H/24H. but if you like silence, the relaxation...and so on, it'll be better to book the middle or the back rooms. I myself always stay in the front rooms.”
