I recently turned 30 and completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training. Upon reaching these milestones I was looking for a magical getaway where I could be on holiday while still maintaining a deep practice of yoga. Hariharalaya is comprised of a beautiful and integral yoga and meditation program (for all levels) which included additional awakening workshops, partner classes, dharma talks,...

I could not speak more highly of this paradise on earth. This was my first yoga retreat and I wasn't quite sure what to expect. Prior to arriving, I worried that the classes may not be challenging enough or that I may die without meat, coffee or alcohol for a week. All my fears were allayed upon meeting with the...

Really loved this place, the staff and all the facilities. Is imposible to be bored in there! The classes where perfect for me as a beginner but I did struggle with the stillness in meditation, something I'm working on :) Over all this is a truly great present to give to yourself

Please note we Left on 2nd day so may not be a true reflection. But these are our thoughts. Best you know. So, we signed up for a 5 day yoga and meditation retreat in Cambodia as part of our 3 month travels in Asia. Hariharalaya seemed to offer every thing we needed for this reconnection. We arrived in a...

We last visited Hariharalaya over 4 years ago. It was our 5th visit over the past 8 years. Once more a visit that seeps deep into me for the realness it offers. The teachers are modest, highly knowledgable and they present a yoga based on awareness and conscious movements. After 4 years after our last visit, the space has grown...

When I first arrived in Hariharalaya I felt like I had come to a right place, I loved everything I saw around me. The little huts, the themed rooms, juice bar, yoga hall etc. Staff were lovely and I was very excited to start my 5 day retreat here. Unfortunately on our first morning we were woken up at 5am...

Dear Guest: Thank you for your sharing about your experience in your review. One of the great things about coming on retreat at Hariharalaya is getting a REAL Cambodian Experience. Hariharalaya is located in the middle of a traditional Cambodian farming village and surrounded by ancient temples. Living in a Cambodian village, you get to appreciate the simplicity of life,...

I attended a retreat this past week from February 8th-February 13th and during the time I was sick, and tired, and slightly jetlagged - yet I that said, I am looking to book again for May or June! The staff from arrival at the airport to helping you with your bags back to Siem Reap are attentive, kind, caring and...

This retreat was GREAT! It was very well organised with several additional activities (temple tour, massages, Journey of Awakening workshop....the list goes on). The food was very tasty and you definitely would not go hungry. I stayed in a dormitory-style twin room which was very clean. The bathrooms were also very clean. There were several hammocks around where you could...

It's one of the best things you can give to yourself: a time to reflect, disconnected from the outer world and learning to live in the present without any of modern life's distractions. For regular yoga practitioners and beginners alike, you get to breakdown the proper alignment for each pose and have a chance to set your own personal practice....

After 2 weeks of volunteering in Thailand and Siem Reap,i booked myself into Hariharalaya for 6 days.In Harihalaya yoga is not only asana but breathing and meditation. It is a good retreat for beginners to yoga because we were taught that yoga is mind, body and asana. For people that only practise asana, breathing and meditation can become part of the practise.Harihalaya meditation...
