The moment we arrived at the property we were greeted with very warm welcome. Property owner Emma and the staffs specially Lee and Ramphung was super nice to us . The rooms were clean and very well maintained , every day they made sure that when we are back from outside the room were picture perfect. Hotel wifi worked great...

-very nice and helpfull staff and owner -clean rooms (the AC was welcome) -possibility for breakfast on the roof terrasse: fruit, eggs, coffee/tea, bread (extra charge $3.50) = recommended! -possibility to cook own meals: little kitchen + fridge on roof terrasse -possibility to rent bikes free at charge (centre and Angkor Wat nearby) -possibility: home made curry (very tastefull!)

We were 3 people from Austria staying there around December 2015 for 3 nights. It did not matter what special request we had (e.g. we took 4 kg of that delicious coffee back home) the staff helped us everytime. It is a very lovely place to stay. Into the city it's about 5 minutes by Tuk-Tuk (costs only 2-4 Dollars)...

The Guesthouse is located close to the Temple of Angkor Wat. Perfect if you want to discover the temples by bicycle and want to escape the noise and hassle of the city. The city center is only a 5 minute Tuk Tuk ride away for 2 usd or you can take a motodop for 1 usd. The food on the...

We stayed for 4 nights, lovely welcome, we were made to feel right at home straight away, nothing too much trouble from laundry, food, trips, travel help. The room was clean and spacious, we ate lunch twice and breakfast there every morning which was delicious!

If your tastes are simple and you just need a decent and comfortable place to retire at night, then this is a great place for you to stay. It feels like second home and the staff are accommodating. We stayed here on our stay in Cambodia and were treated excellent by the staff, they were very helpful in arranging a private driver to take us around the Angkor complex. The breakfast was very good as well and having it upstairs with a view of the area.

The guesthouse is very clean, conveniently placed outside of the city centre close to angkor. The staff were very friendly and helpful, helped us with organising several visits and bus tickets. The rooms are a great value for money!!! I would recommend this to anyone who wants to visit siem reap!!

The guesthouse is located in a local neighbourhood away from all the buzz and foreign tourists. Good location if you plan to cycle to Angkor Archeological Park. Charming bed & breakfast with large and nicely decorated rooms, all of them have A/C and en-suite bathroom with hot water. German & Spanish owned and managed. Located very close to the entrance of the Angkor Wat Conservation Area, in a colorful local neighborhood just minutes from the center of town. The shared rooftop terrace is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunset, here you will also find a coffee and tea station available 24h and a shared open fridge. We only serve breakfast. Packed breakfast/lunch boxes available on request. We have set up a simple outdoor kitchen facility in case you would like to cook your own meals. At times we might have some specials, we'll let you know! Soft drinks, beer and wine are available at reception, free water refill also available at reception area. We would like to encourage our guests in our efforts to reduce plastic waste. We have some free bicycles available for you to move around. Wi-Fi access through all the property and a communal room available with a PC for your use, table games, a wide selection of free rental movies and a library where you can rent, exchange or buy books. Small gift shop with some local products from some of the projects and organizations we support. We offer free pick up service from the airport with our tuktuk for reservations of 2 nights minimum stay. Contact us for details. We also organize pick up to bus and boat stops, customized tours to Angkor Wat and surroundings, bicycle rental, Khmer massage, tickets for most of Siem Reap attractions, dinner reservations or provide you bus tickets to your next destination.
