Restful, calm, clean, quiet, the nicest rooms, soft beds with large down pillows, good AC and 2 room keys which sounds silly but is RARE out here. All sorts of other amenities included as well. Seems silly but having 2 keys lets you charge your phone while out and about; power is only “on” when the key is in room. The breakfast is actually fantastic and I never eat at hotels because I think hotel breakfast is never worth it. The pool is clean, nicely staffed, not over crowded. The rooms are quiet. You will sleep well here. This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in and it would cost $375+ per night easily in the States.

It was a 3-days Stay at Treeline before the CNY and we had the best accommodation with great food offerings and Luxurious rooms.
All attendants are very welcoming and always puts a smile on their faces.
Location is very serene and very near the pub street, the hotel houses interesting pieces of artworks and has a salt-water pool that glows up at night... the second floor's bar offers nice affordable drinks too.

All the reviews are true. This is an exceptional place to stay in lovely Siem Reap. I spent 4 nights here while touring Siem Reap and Angkor Wat. The hotel is quite new. I believe only built in 2018. It’s very well located-across a small river within a 5-10 minute walk of the Night Market and Pub Street. The design is beautiful-very low key and natural with stone and wood. Very boutique experience. Only 3 floors. Never felt busy and staff recognized me after 1 day. My room was lovely. Well appointed and comfortable with a great bed and beautiful and spacious bathroom with a killer walk in shower. Greatly enjoyed the breakfast which was included each day. Also enjoyed the lovely pool area and bar on the 2nd floor. The small restaurant offered delicious food at very reasonable prices. Lastly, I used the spa for a massage and it was just beautiful. The best thing about this urban resort is the staff. Extremely nice, gracious, welcoming and lovely to deal with. I can’t imagine there is a better choice in Siem Reap. I would definitely recommend it for discriminating travellers.

Quality Boutique Hotel in Siem Reap Spacious rooms. Supremely Comfy beds. Fantastic linens. Zero plastics in the room including water bottles and bathroom accessories - fantastic for the environment, CLEAN air in the rooms, top-notch room service, the hotel is in a perfect location close to spas and restaurants. Great staff. Amazing infinity pool overlooking the treetops. We stayed 4 nights and wish we extended it.
We travel extensively and will definitely be returning purely for this hotel experience.

What an hotel! I stayed here for 13 nights. I am always apprehensive when being shown to my hotel room on arrival in case it is disappointing, which happens too often. Not here. I was thrilled. The room is spacious and beautifully designed and furnished, as is the superb bathroom. I have never slept in such a comfortable bed (other than my own!) and no foam filled uncomfortable pillows here. The room was fresh and incredibly clean. The bathroom was a joy with no signs of mould in the corners, the towels were fluffy and oh so white! The pool, restaurant and reception area are beautiful and the food is totally delicious. Every morning I sat outside choosing breakfast from the buffet and al la carte menu sitting beside the water feature which was so calming. The location is the best, right beside the river and very central. The staff could not have been more attentive and friendly. Not too much attention but just right. On my last morning it was a little overcast so I decided to go to the spa. What a treat. Heavenly. I shall return to Siem Reap as my stepdaughter is living here and this fabulous place is the only choice for me. ❤️

Such friendly staff here and their environmental policy is superb with glass replacing plastic throughout. Shampoo and shower gel bottles are refilled so as not to waste plastic. It's those special little touches that will keep me coming back. Loved relaxing by the pool after a dusty, hot day of temples and shopping. A beautifully constructed and very well run boutique hotel. I will definitely be back! Highly recommended

We stayed at the resort. The staff were fantastic and provided excellent service. The resort is located close to everything that you want to walk to and within a reasonable distance of all the major sites. It is a great location as you can walk to many great restaurants and the old town.
Our room was fantastic. Extremely clean. Very large bath with a great shower. Fluffy towels. Great products for soap/shampoo etc. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was quiet and looked out on the lovely inner courtyard with its art displays. It was extremely spacious and I loved the nice snacks and complimentary drinks for guests.
The pool is terrific. Nicely heated, great loungers with bar and food service.
The spa was exceptional and provided great value in a very clean and safe way. The breakfast which came with the room was delicious and the fruit, meal and coffee/juice were all very well done.
They are ahead of the curve on environment and avoid single use plastics. The room is very stylish and they let you purchase the beautiful tea service, ceramics and other items which are made by local artisans. That's a really nice touch.
I would stay here again without hesitation.

I have had the pleasure of staying at this magnificent hotel twice now and both times have been exceptional. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the beds are heaven and the staff are a delight. The hotel is stunning, and the artwork is gorgeous. They have six local artist's collections displayed around the courtyard- wander around and take a look!
We stayed over New Year's Eve and decided to try the dinner special at the rooftop bar, it was delicious and a perfect way to bring in the new year.
Both times we stayed we were in the Junior Suite and we wished we lived there. It has the added bonus of an amazing bathtub and they provide you with the most wonderful bath salts for relaxation bliss.
Wanting to really stretch out the relaxation mode I booked into the hotel spa 'Suri' and I can honestly say it was the best massage I've ever had. I opted for the one-hour aromatherapy massage, superb. The masseuse was highly trained and very respectful. Everything is thought out to the very last detail. Do yourself a favour and book in.
For the COVID conscience travellers- We stayed in Dec 2020 and all the covid protocols kept us at ease. Temperature checks, sanitiser on arrival and always available to future use. The floors have social distance markings and all the staff were wearing facemasks. They have found a way for all the protocols to be in place with it seamlessly blending in.
A special mention to the staff who made our stay so wonderful. They were attentive without being overbearing and we were constantly greeted with a beaming smile, thank you for making our stay one too remember.

I have never stayed at a hotel where the staff have been so attentive and friendly. Front desk, pool, housekeeping and restaurant staff were all professional, friendly and focused on providing a first class experience. The rooms are huge and well appointed - the bathrooms are enormous! This is a A++++ property and staff and I would highly recommend.
