Great place, excellent service and staff - extremely helpful and accommodating! Both at reception (Sky, Leap, Song, Makara, Burnthorn) and at the restaurant. Very well taken care of, wifi worked perfectly and facilities are excellent. Very nice spa. Many things from menu were no longer available, and hot water would run out rather quick to be able to fill up the bathtub (but if you would turn it off and turn it on again after a few minutes it would be warm again) - this is just to be picky!
We stayed 4 nights and 5 days in Embassy Angkor Resort. Our stay was very pleasant and the staffs were very humble, though I been to many Asian countries, Cambodia is A class, especially this resort, facilities in the resort very clean and people are friendly. I would to thank to few staffs thru this channel Song Leap Sky, Makara, Bunthorn and Thorn Ratha. If you plans visit and stay in this resort, don’t miss out private pool in the room and restaurant, especially the morning breakfast is very tasty. Suresh
Room is nice, comfortable and well equipped. (Be careful with the shampoo and shower gel bottles as they are made of glass!) Location is not walking distance to Pub Street but the hotel transport service was Excellent!! Leap, Song, Makra, Sky man the front desk and transport - they are highly responsive over whatsapp - just message them and the hotel will send a tuk tuk or a car to fetch you! I enjoyed all the rides. As the hotel is a small boutique hotel, please dont expect a breakfast buffet spread. You can have as much breakfast as you want, Western and Eastern, from an ala carte menu. Ratha and Maneth were quick and attentive. Ice and hot latte were great and prepared to order Pool was great. Uncrowded. Nice depth. Spa massage was reasonably priced and its so much more convenient to have it done at the hotel! Overall, nice experience! …
Awesome stay at the Embassy Angkor and Spa Resort in Siem Reap. We chose a suite with private pool and it was cool! The total size of the room plus pool was huge, 110sqm. There was a big round bathtub in the middle of the suite. Unique. The big swimming pool was also very quiet. Most of the time I was the only person swimming in the large pool. Good fun! We were picked up from the Siem Reap airport in a vintage Mercedes. Good fun! Breakfast was good too, a decent a la carte menu to choose from. Over our 3 days, I had eggs Benedict, fried rice, French toast and more! The property is located a little bit out of town and that adds to its serenity and quietness. Fortunately they have a free tuk tuk service to take you to town and back. Just tell the front desk and also get the whatsapp of the person on duty so that you can whatsapp them to pick you up! It worked really well. Come stay at Embassy for a unique experience with great service. Kudos to all the service staff including Sky, Song, Leap , Makra, Bunthorn and many more!…
I must say that it was the best stay in Siem reap! From the start when Ching picked us up at the airport, we were treated like royals! He gave us chilled water and a refreshing cold towel! It was just what we needed after getting off the plane! We were then greeted by Buothorn who warmly welcomed us and checked us in smoothly. Makara, have us some delicious refreshments- passion fruit juice and fruit skewers while we were getting settled in. The Rooms are gorgeous- spacious, AMAZING BEDS, really nice bathtub and a relaxing inner window bed. If you were to go out and about Siem reap (to see the temples)- I highly recommended asking for Mr Sorn Piseth. An extremely humble guy who took us to many temples and waited patiently for us. He even took us to Angkor wat early in the morning to watch the sunrise. After each temple, he would give us a chilled bottled of ice water. His service was remarkable! We truly enjoyed ourselves. All the other staff at hotel embassy are just so warm and humble. - Ratha, Srey Ka and the rest of the team. Thank you all for making our first stay at Siem reap truly unforgettable. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and family and to those who are reading this post!…
My partner and I had a wonderful stay at The Embassy. The hotel is extremely comfortable, clean and gorgeous, and the staff are thoughtful, professional and warm. We were picked up at the airport by Bunthorn, and assisted with buying minivan tickets and printing Angkor temple tickets. During our stay, Mr Leap, Song, Makara and Sky, and all the restaurant staff, made sure we were always kept happy. The shuttle service to town was a godsend, although the hotel itself is so beautiful you could stay in it all day! We highly recommend a stay here. Excellent value for the service and standard provided. Through the hotel, we also had a superb tour of the Angkor temples with tuk tuk driver Piseth.
The staffs, Leap, Sky, Song are very helpful. Not only attended to our needs wherever possible, but also prepared wonderful birthday surprises upon arrival!! :) The room is very spacious and clean.. will come again if I visit angkor wat again.
Excellent 3 night stay! The resort was beautiful, calming and lush. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. Service was wonderful and every staff member I encountered was warm, friendly and helpful! Special thanks to Veasna the manager, and his wonderful team, including Leap, Song, Sky, Makara and Bunthorn, as well as the lovely staff at the restaurant and daily high-tea. Would absolutely recommend!
My stay at the Embassy Angkor Resort exceeded my expectations. The hotel was very nice and what made it more special was the staff. Everyone from frontdesk, to my Tultuk driver Sky and the ladies in the restaurant, they were all very warm and hospitable. I really felt treated like a VIP from the time I arrived until I left. Definitely recommending this hotel for the service!
The intimate setting, clever layout and the hotel's Tuk Tuk service that addresses their location shortcomings were great. The stars though are the staff like Bunthorn, Sky, Leap, Makara and Manath. A wonderful team! Highly recommended.
