The staff were fantastic, big shout out to Jessie, Nunu and Kim at the front desk and Rieng in the cafe/restaurant, they made our stay so pleasant and relaxing, and we felt very much at home. Staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. Cleanliness is a strong point in the hotel/room. Room is big and comfortable and bathroom was nice. Hotel is located in a quiet area but only a short tuk-tuk ride to the town centre. Enjoyed swimming in the pool and then having breakfast at the cafe every morning. Will definitely stay here if we're in Siem Reap again.
A big thank you to Jessie, Nunu and Kim for making our stay in Siem Reap a very pleasant and memorable one. Nothing is too much to ask. Request is promptly attended to. The room is clean and spacious. The pool is very inviting especially after a long walk under the scorching sun. "The Muffin Man" café nearby serves delicious muffins, toasties and cheesecakes. The coffee is simply irresistible. The hotel offers excursions at competitive prices. I would have saved a lot of planning time if I knew that. They arranged our transport to the temple when we decided to visit it again. We are highly satisfied with their service. There is always a tuk tuk on standby to bring us wherever we want. It is safe and reliable. Once again, a big thank you to your amazing team.
My girlfriend and I stayed here during out time at Siem Reap. The hotel's location is great ( quiet and quaint) , a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of Pub street. The hotel itself was wonderful (clean, large and modern), with the rooms being comfortable and large, but most importantly the staff! (Special shout out to Nunu and Jessie!!) They both assisted us with booking cars/tour guide to visit the temples and also were so warm, friendly and made us feel right at home!!!! 100% would recommend this hotel to anyone and we will definitely be staying here when we visit again!
We absolutely loved our stay at Grand Elysee and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Siem Reap. Nunu and Jessie at the front desk were so kind, thoughtful, and helpful -- we would come back just to hang out with them! Our booking agency made a mistake with our reservation, and they were able to help rebook us on the spot to make sure we had a place to stay. They also helped us arrange tours to Angkor Wat with English speaking guides and drivers, as well as great massages at the hotel spa, going out of their way to make sure we had good experiences. The entire staff was always so positive and attentive, it made for a wonderful travel experience. Our room was huge, impeccably clean, with a super comfortable bed and great bathroom with rain shower (and wonderful water pressure!). The pool was beautiful, well maintained, and had lovely loungers with complimentary towels for us. We also ordered room service one night, and the restaurant's food was some of the best food we had in Cambodia. The hotel is ~15 minute walk from Pub Street and the central market in town, and there are several cafes/restaurants/small shops just down the street from the hotel. We liked that it was a little further from the partying of Pub Street (but not too far to walk into town) and that it was a more boutique-y hotel with a more personal feeling than some of the larger resorts in the area. This hotel is perfect, and Nunu and Jessie are the best! We would recommend to anyone traveling to Siem Reap/Cambodia!…
Our stay here was great, a quiet area but close enough to walk to town or 2 min tuk tuk. Our room on ground floor was metres from the pool n easy access. Bed is firm but not hard. No TV connected but we did not miss it. Hotel was very clean, staff & service was exceptional. Would highly recommend it.
This is our first time at Grand Élysée. The facility is lovely, clean and has huge room and comfortable bed. The staff are very warm, friendly and went above and beyond to serve their clients. Shout out!!! to Nunu and Kim for assisting us with our tours and rides to go around the City. They speak English well☺️. Breakfast is included with good selections. Pool is clean and water temperature is perfect. The Hotel location is not in the center of busy street and night life but close enough to ride tuktuk to enjoy night market and street foods. We felt pretty safe. Highly recommended when visiting Siem Reap.
Everything about our stay here was lovely. The rooms were clean, spacious and beautifully furnished. The pool is also well done. The bath tub was huge and what made our stay even better was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. Thank you Kim, Jessie, Nunu and Thai for being so attentive to us and for greeting us and giving us travel tips. Thank you for the super lovely birthday surprise - we were very touched and you made our day. We highly recommend this hotel, it lives up to its 5 star rating and we extended our stay because of how wonderful the rooms and staff here are.
Beautiful hotel with a friendly staff. The staff greeted me politely and helped me with my bags. The woman behind the desk, Nu, was a constant source of help for me. She told me things to do and where to go. The food and coffee in the restaurant was nice. Checkout was also easy and the friendly staff made me want to stay next time i come to Siem Reap
Beautiful place with affordable price, nice and clean room, friendly and helpful staffs. Recommended for short and long period stay. Moreover, its location is convenient for city exploration and nightlife.
