Walking through the streets and looking for a room to stay, we decided us for Home Sweet Home, because they said, that we can use the pool for free. Later on we got to know, that pool is 2km away. When you take the effort to get there, it is actually a quite nice pool from another Hotel, but not... More

I like HSH and have stayed here more than once. The rooms are big and quiet, location good, walk to Pub st and Old market along the river in 10 mins. Not much night life in this area though so get a bicycle. Several good restaurants meters from the front door. No cable TV and WiFi only works in your... More

We paid 8$ per night for a nice, big room. Room was cleaned every day. We were able to swim in a very nice pool of another hotel ( Tropicana Hotel) for free! Staff was friendly and helpful with bus tickets. Good location for exploring Angkot Wat by bike. For warm water you need to book A/C room ( i... More

I know Kazjoh had some scary experiences with her travel agent and this Hotel and looked like losing quite a large sum of money. However one of the Administrative staff of Flight Centre - Haley Nelson worked tirelessly to rectify the situation. We are sooooooo appreciative for the effort and understanding that Haley demonstrated in resolving this problem. Roy

The hostel is simple, and souless, there's nothing homely about it. But the main issue was the staff, when we arrived the woman at reception tried to tell us there we no double rooms letf and to charge us more for a 4 bed room, so I needed to insist we had a booking. She then gave us a key... More

I stayed for 4 nights, in a double room with fan and bathroon the room was big and dirty, with lots of ants. The sink tap didn't work. They did bring me fresh towels and make the room though. It would have been OK if the receptionist had not deliberately not told me my driver for the boat was there... More

The rooms were spacious but quite musty smelling. Wi-fi is very limited. But it's very cheap. The staff were quite friendly and very accommodating. They'll suggest which place to visit and they'll arrange it for you. They have their own tuk-tuk service and their drivers were quite friendly, they can bring you anywhere you want and they even suggest places... More
