Please allow us, as hotel management to apologize for all the inconveniences that we have made as well as allow us to clarify all of these misunderstandings that the tuk tuk have told you. First of all, the tuk tuk that had been sent to pick you up was arranged by the hotel he was not one of our receptionist friend either. We apologize for not checking that he charged you more than the normal price does. And in fact, the receptionist didn't get the commission from him too. His English name is Johnny (The one who picked you up and went on the tour with). Secondly, the drop off service to the airport, originally we have called Mr. Johnny to drop you off, but he was busy and Mr. Johnny asked us to help him to call to other tuk tuk driver to drop you off. We ended up calling our driver Mr. Kong (the one who drop you that this morning) He shouldn't have told you that our receptionist had given the tour to his friend and got some commission like this because the fact was that, we did call him (Mr.Kong) to pick you up from the beginning, but he rejected because he was busy. After we saw your review, we checked with Mr. Kong, he apologized for what he has said because he didn't know that you will be this angry and giving us this 2** review. However, we, the hotel team really don't want you to have this bad experience and we sincerely apology for all of these inconveniences. We would like to ask for your kind understanding and forgiveness to reconsider whether you still want to remove this unfavorable experiences or not. By the way, if you would allow us to have a chance to host you again, we promise to ensure this sort of thing will never ever happen again. We stayed there for 4 nights in room 1. I believe there are two suites and we stayed on the ground floor suite. The room is spacious, has its own living area and the bed is comfy. The room has a little dipping pool right outside and we used it once . A few minutes walk to night

Hi Tania, how are you? We start serving breakfast at 06:30, however if you go to the temples for sunrise, a breakfast box will be ready independently of the time of your departure. Thanks for getting in contact with us, The 1920 Hotel

Have free car for go to airport from Hotel?
2 year old post, but as of October 2018, we were picked up for free by tuktuk at airport, and safely delivered to 1920 Hotel. The driver, Kong, was excellent. In return for driving us to hotel he is able to pitch his service during our stay. Highly recommend him.
