A truly african experience where you are able to stay up all night watching animals visit the waterhole. The accomodation is not luxury but clean and spacious and its all about the location. You literally have elephants on your doorstep and if you love and respect wildlife you will have an amazing time.

The place is absolutely fantastic. I have stayed twice and each time is more breathtaking than the other. The elephant hideout is the highlight. Loads of bird life and chance to see the predators also. We saw jackals and hyenas close to the camp

Visited in February and was pleasantly surprised by their birdwatching special they offer in January and February. So we paid 50% less than expected. Then the surprises came one after the other..a swimmingpool, aircon, wifi, and we expected elephants but not as many. The cherry on top was the crocodile at the waterhole! We were told that it was a...

We arrived at Senyati Safari Camp in early Feb 2017 after 3 days of self-safariing along Chobe waterfront and were happily surprised to have had our best elephant viewing of the trip right from the chairs on our campsite. Later in the evening we went to the camp bar which overlooked a freshly pumped waterhole and I wasn't the only...

We stayed for 4 days in January and it was fantastic. Green, many animals, comfortable and friendly people. The chalets had airconditioners and looked out onto the waterhole. January was not nearly as hot was we expected so we did not use the aircon all the time. The chalets were well equipped and had everything we needed. It was cleaned...

We stayed at Senyati for 3 days, arriving on Christmas day. The family unit was comfortably appointed (if a little dark with the blue walls) with the bedroom area separate from the kitchen area. The kitchen was well equipped. We could view game from the stoep area between the 2 buildings. The pool area could maybe do with a little...

We used Senyati as camping base to explore the Kasane area, mainly Chobe and boat trips into Chobe. The camp sites are close together, but each has a very neat toilet/shower/kitchen island with donkey for hot water. The setup worked well for our group of 10 in 4 vehicles. The lookout deck at waterhole is good and we did see...

We have just spent three nights in Senyati and loved the place! But don't go there expecting glamping or fancy lodges! And don't expect to be miles away from human habitation! However, don't let that stop you from experiencing one of the most intimate wildlife encounters on this planet! If you are new to the African bush, or just want...

Beautiful and serene location. A water hole in front of the deck to view animals and to better it a bunker to have a real close look. Viewed animals from the door of our chalet. The place is good for relaxation and to be out of the city. No wifi etc to disturb you. Did not bother the management for...
