A fabulous way to see and photograph the wildlife, from the houseboat and the day trips on smaller boats. Food on the boat was tasty, beds comfortable, showers hot, service helpful. The rental cameras are fabulous, and Guts' instruction helped the novices. Sam in reservations did a great job organizing a multiple-stop trip.

The Pangolin Voyager is an ultra special houseboat that sleeps 10 passengers in 5 cabins (at "ground" level), has a great 300 degree view of the stunning Chobe river and all nature's creatures activities thereon from the Lounge and dining deck and, perhaps best of all a stunning view of the whole scene from the lounging deck on top. The...

Classic game viewing from bumpy land cruisers better watch out! Two outings per day on specially designed viewing boats which can get up close to the game, quiet and comfortable (and stable for the photographers) gives an incomparable game- and bird-watching experience. Fabian and Nicholas know how to give you the best experience and get the best pictures, and they...

We were with a group of 8 of us for 5 nights on this wonderful houseboat. The staff were outstanding - ever helpful , nothing was too much trouble. The ladies in the kitchen worked miracles in their tiny kitchen and every meal was looked forward to with great enthusiasm by all. The daily routine is wonderful with 2 game...

We have stayed on the houseboat twice now, both times we requested room 1. We were so well looked after. The guys who work on the boats aren't just the staff, they become your friends. The rooms are immaculate and the food was delicious. I am coeliac and I have never been so impressed with food on offer. There are...

We have just spent 5 nights onboard the Pangolin Voyager Houseboat on the Chobe. Having travelled extensively I can tell you that this would rate in my top 2 holidays ever. The houseboat has 5 very comfortable bedrooms en-suite, a spacious lounge and dinning room with 270 degrees of awesome views over the Chobe River and an awesome deck on...

This trip was all about the photography and it didn't disappoint. The meet at greet process at the airport was well handled and effortless, from our perspective, in getting us to the houseboat. Once on board we had a really good time throughout the stay and the staff were on hand when we needed them and respected our privacy at...

We stayed for three nights with a small group. This was our third visit to the boat, having been when Rod owned it. There were new carpets, but that really we the only improvement. The office had been advised I did not eat meat and seemed surprised. The first night the food was inedible as it was freezing cold, even...

An unbelievable experience was had by the whole family. We were met by Martin, Lasky and Melody. They were all so friendly, helpful and always smiling. On day 1 we saw a pack of 10 lions drinking water from the river. It was a rare sight. We saw herds of elephants, hippo and Buck. On day 2 Lasky the brilliant...

Fantastic holidays on a little house with very friendly staff. The bedrooms are very comfortable and clean. It is an old boat just taken over by Pangolin and they are busy renovating it and doing a good job. Birds life out of this world. Well done Pangolin and especially to Martin the captain and Lasky.
