We visited the hotel with a large group of 19 from the U.S. this month and the staff did a great job of accommodating our needs. The hotel is in a great, quiet location. The breakfast buffet is great and they accommodated dinner in the large meeting room for us. They even had one lunch outside under tents. Sergio was... More

This may not be the most beautiful hotel around, but it is friendly, clean, quiet and functional - perfect for a work visit. The location is fine, within walking distance to several good restaurants and other services. The breakfast buffet is better the earlier you eat. Feel free to ask for eggs even if you are not offered directly. Staff... More

This place is definitely a little worn around the edges but I love the two design of the rooms. The rooms seem clean and the breakfast is really great (at least on Sunday it was). The staff are super friendly and nice and there's a lovely little courtyard that is great for hanging out (or assembling mountain bikes)! I saw... More

Noisy place, nothing clean, uncomfortable beds and a very discourteous attention from scratch. I would not recommended it at all. For the price they charge, there are better places to look around. The only reason to stay there is if you want to reach good places such Muela del Diablo and other good restaurants in the area.

I frequently travel to Cochabamba and stay in this hotel. The staff is friendly, it is located in a good touristic/residential and safe area, close to good restaurants, grocery store, boutiques, gym and Portales cultural center. The facilities are nice and they server a very good break-fast. Always remember the adress, not all the cab drivers know it. According to... More

Quiet and economic Apart-Hotel, in a residential area away from the bustle yet just minutes from downtown. The service is friendly and accounts with parking to leave your car. It is right across from the beautiful Palacio de Portales (designed by French architect Eugène Bliault 100 years ago), you should visit sometime.

This is a friendly, comfortable apart-hotel, with lots of great qualities. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the people are fabulously friendly and helpful, the location is great. I didn't giev a 5, because it's not luxurious, but it's everything I need.

I've stayed here a few times because my company has some sort of deal with them. Every time I stay here I want to shoot myself. It is the noisiest place I've every stayed in. They built the hotel out of cement and tile. When someone drops a coin, flushes a toilet or roles a suite case down the hall... More

This is a good mid range hotel experience. It's rooms are a little larger than most, and comfortable. However, while some in our party had rooms that had poor drainage in the shower, and they received little in the way of resolution, we had a decent stay. The hotel is back from the street, so avoids some of the traffic... More
