It sounds like you found plenty to do during a spring visit to Cold Spring. Yes, Rattlesnake Mountain is a fun (and easy) hike and we sometimes offer van trips there to share the experience with our guests. Did you get a chance to visit any of the local maple sugaring facilities? We thank you for the pleasant review and look forward to your next visit.

My husband and I, along with two other couples, spent a getaway weekend at Cold Springs Resort in Ashland, NH. We had a three bedroom unit, although one bedroom is really a loft room (spacious and bright). This was such a pleasant getaway spot! The units are clean and

Glad you were able to share the resort with other families. Many of our guests appreciate not only the spaciousness of a Cold Spring unit but the proximity they are to one another. Sounds like the weather was cold during your April visit, affording great use of our fireplaces. Please do consider a summer visit as the lakes and mountains in warmer weather are tremendously fun to explore. Take care and thanks for the positive review!

We stayed there the last week of February as an exchange week through RCI. We have stayed in many RCI resorts and I do not think this one could compare to their usual standards. We were in a 2 BR unit. The rooms were very small and the beds were not comfortable. The living

Sorry to hear your stay with us through RCI did not meet your expectations. We are constantly updating our units and hope you’ll reconsider and give us another try, as for most others, we provide the room, comfort, and proximity to area amenities they’re looking for! We have hairdryers available at the front desk. The one bedroom units are in the Lodge. We provide dishwasher soap and regular soap, but not shampoo. The one bedroom units are set up with a small kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom downstairs and upstairs is a loft area with a queen size bed and a twin bed. The downstairs sofa also opens up to a queen size bed.
