Just spent the weekend in Fairmont with my family and over all I have to say I was very unimpressed with our stay. They have a beautiful location and the ability to be a wonderful place for families and return to again. However, the customer service we received was awful. It seemed as though, no one had the authority or...

We stayed at fairmont hot springs resort for one night. The booking was done for 4 people, and when we arrived they had only for 1 person. The staff was fast in fixing the problem. However the staff in general was not very friendly. When I stay at a "resort" I expect all staff to be welcoming with hellos and...

I stayed here for 2 nights while in Anaconda for business. The property is 10 minutes from Anaconda and very conveniently located to that town. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the view was pretty stellar (room 252). The springs are open to hotel guests 24 hours and that was a real bonus for those coming in late....

We stayed one night during the week and it was great. Not overcrowded or loud. I was not impressed with the cafe for for dinner. Service was mediocre at best and all foods appeared to be frozen and reheated. Breakfast was yummy. The room was re-done, comfy beds and lots of space.

My daughter and I recently stayed there for a girls night. Our suite was outstanding with a beautiful walk-in shower, hardwood floors in the living room & great leather couch & two recliners. The beds were beautiful and comfortable! We were amazed at the remodel of the indoor pool area. It is clean, modern, and it is no longer humid...

My husband and I spent Christmas Eve and Christmas night at this resort with our son and parents. I had been there many years ago and was so pleased to see the investment the resort has put into remodeling guest rooms and pool areas. Nothing was left untouched in making the rooms and pool areas top-notch, modern, and safe for...

Had a great stay. Suite 3 has wonderful space for families to gather. Although they were slammed, Ted in the bar took great care of us! We really enjoyed slipping into the hot pools after a day at Discovery Ski Basin. Best place to relax in Montana!

We enjoy taking our boys (8 and 9 yr old) here to swim in the pools and enjoy the big water slide. The remodel has really brought the rooms up-to-date. Unfortunately, the house cleaning is not great. Our room smelled like wet dogs, even though they state a "no pet" policy. The food in the restaurant is pretty good. The...

We escaped icy roads on Christmas to this place, and despite the somewhat higher room cost than we are used to, we really enjoyed the 24-hour pools and the bar and music. What a stress reliever! Thanks Fairmont! We enjoyed it enough to stop again on our way back and managed to snag the very last room. Next time we...

We spent New Years night here as we do every year for the past ten years. They just redone the pools, new painting etc. But the pool is very rough hard on the feet and knee's. Also the pool are had a lot of empty cups, and garbage around the pool and tables. The lifeguards were useless. They left folks...
