We enjoy taking our boys (8 and 9 yr old) here to swim in the pools and enjoy the big water slide. The remodel has really brought the rooms up-to-date. Unfortunately, the house cleaning is not great. Our room smelled like wet dogs, even though they state a "no pet" policy. The food in the restaurant is pretty good. The...

We escaped icy roads on Christmas to this place, and despite the somewhat higher room cost than we are used to, we really enjoyed the 24-hour pools and the bar and music. What a stress reliever! Thanks Fairmont! We enjoyed it enough to stop again on our way back and managed to snag the very last room. Next time we...

We spent New Years night here as we do every year for the past ten years. They just redone the pools, new painting etc. But the pool is very rough hard on the feet and knee's. Also the pool are had a lot of empty cups, and garbage around the pool and tables. The lifeguards were useless. They left folks...

We had a bad experience at this place at the New Year's Eve and next morning. They charge $215 plus $15 tax for nothing included , except the party with just a glass of water, some New Years accessuars ! At the restaurant our servers make our New Year's Eve ruined....we ordered 2 meal but they served only one meal,...

My husband and I took our 3 month old baby girl here for a weekend getaway and for her first swim! We had a blast and loved the large indoor pool. The breakfast buffet they had on Sunday was delicious and well priced.

We checked in at 2 pm and immediately went to swim in our favorites outdoor pool. The temp in that pool is usually 92 degrees, but at this time was only 83. I asked the lifeguard what the problem was and he responded that it had snowed so much that they couldn't keep the pool warm. Strange as there was...

What an awesome place to relax. The pool and hot tub are amazing. Rooms have recently been renovated. A perfect place for rest. Doesn't matter what kind of whether this is a great place to stay for couples or the whole family.

I was there for business but the rooms were fabulous, the beds absolutely awesome (of which I would have preferred to stay in much longer). The fact that we could use the hot springs and pools in the middle of the night was amazing since we didn't even get back to the motel from work until after 11pm. It was...

I have stayed at Fairmont several times. They had made great renovations, especially to the pool areas, and the rooms. It is very nice place to stay. However there are a couple areas that need improvement, namely their heating/AC controls in the rooms. The wi-fi in the resort is also severely lacking, and had been for a long time.

This was our first time visiting Fairmont Hotspring Resort and it was delightful. It is a hidden oasis. The staff was friendly and helpful. The golf course was fun to play and the hot springs was very relaxing. This is a must see.
