The rooms were very comfortable. For the price of the room on gamenweekendsbtherebshould be some kind of breakfast included. We got up earlier than the rest of the family and had a very small breakfast. It still was expensive. They had a buffet which was a better deal but we didn't want that much food. The next day we didn't...

I stayed here one night, with my family, and we had reserved 2 rooms. Nice, clean rooms, nice clean beds, and the front desk employees were wonderful! Helpful, and friendly. I wish I could remember the name of the young man that checked us in, but I do remember his name started with an "M", and was a unusual name....

Older midlevel hotel. Inside pool with water too cold for my kids who badly wanted to stay at a place with a pool over Thanksgiving. Adequately large rooms. Very poor number of handicapped rooms with showers. Most of the handicapped rooms have tubs instead of showers; better handicapped rooms at the typical Motel6 at half the price. Mediocre restaurant; no...

Typical Holiday Inn. Nothing perfect nothing completely bad. Older but functional furniture. Got one of the last rooms - disabled room. The focus on making it work for a wheelchair user restricted it for me. Closet will not allow hanging of 3x shirts - scraping on the floor, shower too low. It shows that the designer did not pay attention...

Dear hawk2500, Thank you for posting a candid feedback from your recent stay with us. It is great to know that you were able to appreciate the service provided by our staff. However, I was concerned to see that you were not impressed with the layout of our handicapped room as well as our AC unit. I would like to...

The hotel is 4 miles from the main campus. They have a free shuttle you can use. The hotel is close to the north campus. The staff was very nice and let us check in early on parents' weekend. The only problem is that my room doesn't have heat - at least now enough of it. I tried to call...

Nothing worse than the price-gouging on game day weekends until you end up being price-gouged in a truly tired hotel. Holiday Inn Ann Arbor is just that.... It started with double beds instead of queens and continued with how uncomfortable they were to sleep in. The rooms were in need of an update. Showing wear and tear with scuffs and...

Dear Jam T, We appreciate your stay and taking time to leave feedback. We aim to provide comfortable accommodations and for that, we regret to learn that your stay was not as satisfactory as it should have been due to the hotel not offering queen size beds and that the room maintenance needs improvement. On a lighter note, we are...

This hotel is great! The rooms are spacious, clean, and nice. Bathrooms are very nice, good showers. Pool and fitness areas are good. They also have an attached bar and for breakfast they have a breakfast buffet which is amazing. Recommend a visit!

Stayed here for a night as the price was reasonable, and it turned out to be a nice clean hotel. The pool was the highlight, one of those with an indoor/outdoor section. I'd stay here again, very convenient, just off the 23.

This Holiday Inn is a convenient location between home and University of Michigan cultural events. We were warmly welcomed with meal vouchers for the onsite restaurant. Our room is clean, fresh, well appointed with coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave and the most comfortable pillows! 😴

Had a wonderful stay for a wolverine weekend, staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend Guy Hollerins restaurant and pub, excellent! Mexican restaurant next door was very good. And the grocery store around the corner was very handy. Will definitely stay again.
