in a town that is very expensive, this B&B has a great location for a great price. We could walk everywhere and had a nice breakfast out on the deck. will definitely stay again if we return to ann arbor

We stopped here for the night on our way home to west virginia from Wisconsin. We were very happy with our choice! Very clean, charming, and such friendly people. Great location to so many restaurants and shops in Ann Arbor! When we checked in they upgraded our room to a suite! After a long day of driving this place sure...

When you stay at a bnb you expect a cozy atmosphere with gracious hosts and a place you can relax and unwind. This is not that place. If you are interested in being berated, belittled, and having generally uncomfortable and awkward social interactions with the host, then this is your spot. If not, I suggest a hotel or the other...

I regret that the guest had an unpleasant encounter with the person overseeing our bed and breakfast while the owner was out of town. This was extremely unusual and unfortunate. There is nothing we value more highly than ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

If you're not watching you will drive right by this little gem. We had the Ocean View Suite and it was wonderful. People were very nice and room was very nice and clean. We were very surprised, impressed and pleased all at the same time. Do not put off coming here, it was a GREAT experience!!!

We've been traveling to Ann Arbor for over 20 years. A B&B gift certificate brought us to this wonderful spot. We loved the upstairs porch with comfy chairs. The proprietors were so thoughtful and stocked the kitchen with snacks, drinks and fruits for us to enjoy anytime. The B&B was very clean and each room had a theme that included...

15 of us stayed at AAB&B for an informal reunion of our freshman year core circle of friends from 45 years ago. We wanted a comfortable open setting where we could gather informally to catch up, plus close access to campus. AAB&B was literally the perfect place. The common areas (living room, dining room, large outdoor deck) were ideal for...

I spent four nights at the Ann Arbor Bed & Breakfast. Although it is a little bit expensive if you rent a double room only for one person I didn't regret booking it. The location is perfect, if you want to explore Ann Arbor, and also the friendly atmosphere in the Bed & Breakfast makes you feel very welcome. The...

The place is great that it is near campus and walking distance to where we had to be. Breakfast was to late and should start a bit early and breakfast was weak. Too much carb for breakfast and no protein. I heard that guests had to ask for eggs. Not the best B&B that I had stay in for the...

Our healthy, hearty breakfast is served 8 -9:30 weekdays and we are happy to offer it at 7 upon request. In addition to fresh fruit, granola, yogurt, etc, our usual entree is a quiche or omelettes, and we are happy to accommodate any special dietary request.

“We love the Ocean View Room, with the hot tub out on the back deck. Every room is comfortable, the breakfasts are out of this world, and the location across from U of M cannot be beat! Mr. Bob is a wealth of knowledge about both Ann Arbor and the University of Michigan. What is more fun than sitting out on the front deck, right above all the seasons inflatables ?!?!? You will love it there! ”
