This is a fabulous place to both stay and have an event. The owners are attentive to your needs and the breakfasts are out of the world as well as very generous. Everything was top notch in all ways!!

Our family of 4 visited Ann Arbor for a night on a college exploration trip. This was the perfect place to stay! We booked the Cuckoos Room which was very comfortable for our family. We enjoyed learning about the inn from the owners who greeted us and showed us around the property. They were especially kind to allow our son...

My boss and his partners have stayed at the Stone Chalet the past few years when they are in Ann Arbor attending ZingTrain classes. I found it by accident, just a online search, and he decided to try it because of the uniqueness of the property. Now he refuses to stay anywhere else! He always sends back pictures of the...

This property is in a great location in Ann Arbor, especially close to UM. It's a unique property with lots of potential but needs a bit of updating. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean - although needed to have a few maintenance items tended to. The wifi was spotty and there was no way you could get...

We certainly do agree with you that the property is unique and that the location is great. Being a Bed and Breakfast, it is also our family home and we do live in the Inn. There is one shared area and at any given time there could be a text book or a project from the kids or groceries that...

The stone chalet is a funky conversion of an old church. The rooms are oddly shaped, the hallways narrow, but it all seemed to work. Like any b&b you can't be as mindless as when staying at a hotel, but it's clean and comfortable. The owners have at least one friendly dog and cat so be aware of that's a...

What a gorgeous place to stay! Our room was spacious, warm, and inviting. It also offered a level of privacy rarely found in a b & b. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the breakfast was superb. We will definitely come back to the Stone Chalet the next time we're in the area.

We have a large room with a king size bed, and fireplace, and our own private bath. It was very comfortable and Cozy and would recommend to anyone to stay there. There was a nice sitting area outside our door. Also the dining room was very nicely set and the breakfast was very good. Will stay there again when we...

My husband and I live in California, and when our son got married in Ann Arbor recently, I wanted a home base, a place where our families (all of whom had to travel) could stay and hang out together. I booked all 10 rooms at the Stone Chalet, and it was the perfect solution. The location is within walking distance...

Such a unique place preserving old fashioned style. Love being introduced by a 22 yr old cat and 9 yr old black lab. Copper pipes with iron claw bath tub in great condition was my favorite. The gentleman gave a tour at 11:30pm when I arrived, he was so helpful and generous. I had just spent 10 days camping and...

What a lovely place. All of our rooms were exquisitely decorated and well appointed. Rooms and bathrooms were spotless. We had a lovely time and I highly recommend this B&B. The breakfasts were delicious and staff very friendly. If we are able to return to Ann Arbor, I would definitely stay here.

Thank Lisa M
