Bell Tower Hotel is immaculately clean, beautiful, cozy, and well-appointed. The staff are proactive, polite, positive, and attentive. The hotel is located in the middle of University of Michigan, and I was able to walk to various conference sites. There are miles of streets adjacent that have wonderful restaurants and boutiques, and wherever you walk there are throngs of happy...

Seems like it may be time to refresh the halls, lobby, etc. The location of the property is ideal, but it starting to feel a little tired out. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Property feels a little like staying with an elderly aunt....

I agree that we need to give the halls and lobby some attention. The good news is that we are working on it as we speak. We are mocking up some guest rooms, a guest hallway and the lobby. We look forward to continuing after the last football game. Thank you for your input and we look forward to your...

We recently did a weekend getaway in Ann Arbor and stayed at the Bell Tower. The location is absolutely perfect! We could walk to almost everything, the room was charming, the bed comfortable and, most importantly, the staff was top notch! Everyone was more than nice and totally professional. We could not have asked for more. In addition to the...

My daughter and I arrived at 3am just for a night so our stay was short but the hotel is very easy to find on campus. Check in was quick and they were able to honor my request for 2Q I had noted in my reservation, even though I had booked a King. As others have noted the lobby area...

I am glad that your check-in was smooth, even though late. We are always willing to assist with luggage assistance whenever needed. We are in the midst of mocking up new guest rooms and hallways. We look forward to your return visit. Thank you for taking the time to review your stay! Sincerely, DeWayne Grann General Manager

Quaint hotel in the heart of the University of Michigan. Convenient location that provided easy and convenient access to everything Ann Arbor has to offer. Room and staff were great. Only downside was the bathroom fan didn't work (not a deal breaker).

You are right, it is great to be on campus and steps away from the downtown nightlife. There are such great restaurant selections and shopping right around the corner. You really don't need your vehicle once you leave it with our valet service. We look forward to your return in the near future. Regards, DeWayne Grann General Manager

My room was very well planned. From numerous recharging outlets on the nightstand clock to the Keurig coffee service, it was clear that someone had carefully thought about the choices in the room. Including breakfast with the room is a nice feature. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The modern bathroom fixtures worked very well. I would choose to stay...

Room not ready by "guaranteed check-in time" of 4:00pm. Valet service consisted of someone driving our car into the alley beside the hotel and leaving all the doors unlocked. Room small. Musty chair in corner. Six-inch step up to the bathroom. Nowhere to put anything on the bathroom counter, because a coffee maker takes up all the room. And speaking...

This is the absolute best location if you're visiting the University - no other hotel comes close. And the staff is very nice. Unfortunately, the decor out of wack: the bathroom was obviously updated, but the rest of the room (and the common areas) screams 1993. Not sure why they wouldn't just update the entire room (the carpet is especially...

Right in the center of my favorite city in Michigan. This hotel made my husband and I feel totally cocooned and at home from the moment we arrived. Great staff in every respect. They go out of their way to help you with questions. The rooms are tiny. I hope you are staying here for the fabulous location because this is the main reason I would go back.
