We celebrate our wedding day in the hotel and the stay was amazing. Everything was perfect the rooms are spacious amenities complete and they decorate my room for our special day. Thank you so much to mr. Jobish hk manager and mr. Ahmed fo manager for making our wedding day truly special. Special thanks to hk and reception team for doing extramile service.
A nice hotel, close to Dubai International Airport. I used the gym and staff were very professional. The apartments (bedroom + living room + Kitchen) very spacious and inexpensive. Stayed for two days on fun trip.
I went with my wife and two more people. We had two bedroom apartment. I requested to decorate room for us and they did decorate beautifully. Check in was very quick and staff was very professional. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Just one downside that rooms are not sound proof otherwise nothing to complain about. House keeping staff is excellent too. I paid for ten nights but after one night my mother in law went critically ill so I had to fly back to Uk. Explained to front desk. They were so helpful. They refunded me full amount and just charged me for two night. Ershad on front desk is an excellent man with excellent coustomer service. Location is very good too. All restaurants are around the corner. Will recommend to everyone and definitely go back there.
We rented a 2 bedroom apartment for 4 of us visiting Dubai. Even though we chose this location, it was only because we wanted to be in close proximity to our 5th friend who lives in Dubai. The rooms were spacious and appeared clean. The kitchen was more or less equipped but the bathrooms weren’t spotless as I had expected. I judge hotel rooms by the cleanliness esp in the bathroom/toilet. This was a let down. There was mold on the tiles and around the tub. The toiletries would not be replenished each day. The hotel expected us to call and ask for toiletries to be replenished. On one of the days we were running late, so we left our room without putting our belongings away and we asked the reception that our room to ensure that our room wouldn’t be cleaned by housekeeping. They assured us that that would be done. To our utter shock, when we returned that afternoon, the HK staff were in our room cleaning it. Luckily our belongings were safe and we had nothing to worry about. Another strange thing to come across (on the second last day of our stay) was the house keeping staff left a sheet of the hotel letterhead (I think) with their names on it and asked us to write a good review about them. The hotel is located near little eateries which were quite decent as well as little Shops. …
The hotel is average and don't be fooled with it being stated that it is in Dubai which it actually is but on the border line of Sharjah less than a 1/4 of a mile from Sharjah. The taxes are deadly and very expensive which you don't pay if you live in Sharjah and everything is 3 times the price compared to Sharjah. The housekeeping staff are really nice but the reception staff are absolutely useless and very unhelpful if an issue arises. When booking online and booking through Booking.com they take the full money upfront and pay booking.com the commission afterwards. They charged us £100 even though we cancelled the room 2 weeks prior and they didn't put the cancellations through until that day we arrived there so they charged us for a night so we were very upset. I don't think I will be returning to this hotel I will in future consider Sharjah which is much cheaper and the hotels are also very nice. I have stayed at The Ruby apartments which is right on the seafront which is a lovely place to stay and cheaper than Dubai. By the way don't bother with the continental breakfast which is average for £7.50 there are a lot of food outlets near by but are traditional foods but they can work if you are a food connoisseur.…
