Blessed to be able to visit Dubai often and on this occasion chose Habtoor palace. Very impressed with the hotel . Beautiful decor and style and reminded me of staying at the Dorchester in London a few years ago . Old world charm accompanied by first class customer service , from all members of the staff . Courteous, polite and couldn’t do enough for their guests . The rooms were large with beautiful bed linen and every amenity you could want , plus the marble bathroom with the huge tub was just exquisite and they provide the most sumptuous white , softest, bath robes I have ever had in any hotel I have ever visited . House keeping kept the room immaculate , as was the rest of the hotel . I enjoyed the roof top pool with equally as good service of food and drinks , the spa was lovely and breakfast every morning in the BQ kitchen , on the first floor , was just phenomenal. There was every type of food you could want , from buffet style to perfectly cooked eggs Benedict and French toast, at your request . Iv never been so impressed with breakfast , such top quality food and a huge variety . Well done to the chefs , who clearly work at an exceptional high standard . Breakfast was a truly serene and lovely experience and the BQ kitchen restaurant was the perfect place to eat it . Room service provided an extensive menu also and everything I sampled was cooked to perfection , delivered within a reasonable time and was hot . Could not be faulted in any way . I loved coming back to the hotel after a day in the sun . The grandness of it takes your breath away and the array of sumptuous furniture , with dazzling chandeliers and someone playing the grand piano , felt luxurious, while you were sipping your cappuccino and eating one of the divine cakes on offer … One would think you were in a very grand palace and that’s because you really were . The hotel also provides a complimentary car service to its sister hotel , The Waldorf Astoria on the palm , to use their beach . You have to book this at the concierge , and are taken and collected at certain times . I used this service a couple of days so I could enjoy the beach and sea . I was taken and collected by a very nice driver , friendly and professional and as a solo traveller, felt extremely safe . What a fabulous service this is to provide to your guests . They also provide complimentary shuttle to the Dubai mall and other hotels within the Habtoor group . The only slight negative I have , is the amount of fragrant diffusers throughout the hotel . They are very strong and over powering , especially in the bedroom corridors. I found the strong smell , started to seep into my bedroom which became rather uncomfortable . Maybe management would consider reducing the amount they have and just confining them to the hotel lobby ? . Overall , i throughly enjoyed my stay at this first class hotel and would highly recommend it .

A beautiful hotel from the moment you arrive. The splendour of the grand lobby to the luxurious rooms with butler services. 24 hour gym a beautiful spa and various pool and beach options from the quiet luxury of it’s own roof top , or next doors vegas style pool or even a driver to take you to the beach at the Waldorf. A special mention must go the amazing guys at the pool who looked after me every day. They work tirelessly in the heat pampering to everyone keeping the area immaculate and acting as life guards all at the same time. I saw and heard so many guests be so rude to them with their demands but they never faltered to give service above and beyond and remain so polite. On my first day at the pool they noticed I had two towels one rolled at my ankles every day after that they made me a bed with two towels, they checked on me constantly about my umbrella did I need it up down adjusting. 10/10 to those to young men you deserve a medal. The Polo bar is gorgeous and the restaurant one of the best in Dubai. The location is good on the Dubai canal everything was about 29 minutes in a car away. But if you wanted to use the monorail there is a stop just outside.

The Al Habtoor Palace is a Luxury 5 stars hotel situated at the Al Habtoor city. We selected this hotel as is situated in the middle of Dubai with easy access to everything but without the big crowds. I recommend this hotel to people who pamper themselves. Every single detail is very well taken care of. From the check in, to the welcoming drink and cooling towel, the delicious restaurants to the exceptional hotel valets and room personnel. I would like to give a special thanks to Adarsh who went above and beyond to spoil us, from a spotless room to all the details every night such as a box of chocolates, personalized cards, the figures made with towels, a bowl of fruits. You made us feel so special.
I highly recommend the Al Habtoor Palace and we will come again!

Habtoor Palace makes you feel like King and Queen, not only being welcomed with an impressive architecture but a team of friendly stuff, who treat you like a family. The Customer Relation team welcomes you always with a smile and ready to help. The ambiance is always perfect and there is this fragrance in the air, that puts us always at ease. The Deluxe room was equipped with everything a couple with need: 2 separated sinks, roomy shower, a bathtub and a separate toilet. Toiletries are all in the bathroom and always restocked everyday. The bed was comfortable for us (70 Kilo and 50 Kilo weight). The Housekeeping stuff never missed a beat, always on time and done very fast but thoroughly. athey clean in the morning and someone comes in to refresh the bed and the stocks..nice touch TEAM! The Director of Housekeeping even met us personally to make sure that what we lost was found and he left a nice bouquet of flowers. "The Breakfast"- is another highlight. They serve a complete selection of food that all nationality can appreciate, from all kinds of eggs to different types of bread. Thanks to Soud for his friendly and warm welcome every morning. It's amazing how he remembers everyone's names. His team reflects his standard of service and we would also like to thank Jyoti for the warm welcome at the door, to Deb for remembering what we want for breakfast and bringing them to us so fast, of course to Prem for making sure all is to our satisfaction. The pool at the rooftop is a very nice alternative to the beach, as you have great food and service. All in all, it is worth every penny and you will not want to leave after your stay. P.S. La Perle is a must see and it nothing comparable to any shows I've seen in my life. The Dubai Mall is about 9 min. ride , offering more than enough entertainment like The Aquarium, Arte Museum, China Town, Dancing Fountain and of course tons of shopping possibilities and lots of famous restaurants.

I rarely stay at independent hotels - I usually stick with large hotel chains because they provide better value for me considering the loyalty program perks. Habtoor Palace used to be St.Regis and then deflagged to become LXR brand from Hilton, which is when I booked my reservation. Subsequently the hotel deflagged again and became independent but they offered to honor some of the Hilton Diamond benefits I would have received such as breakfast and also they added a food & beverage credit to use during my stay. I decided to give this hotel a try.
The room looked unmistakably like a St.Regis hotel - excellent hardware. I enjoyed the shower which had a normal door rather than a sliding door or glass door. The bed was very comfortable and all bathroom amenities were available like what any luxury hotels would have.
Service was also on par with luxury hotels, it was my first stay at this hotel but multiple staff seemed to know who I was and I was addressed by name.
This hotel tends to be busier during week days but I stayed on a weekend so the restaurant was super quiet and relaxing for breakfast. I liked that they had an a la carte menu rather than buffet, and it's interesting that they have a daily rotation of some dishes rather than fixed menu to help avoid repetition and boredom for longer stays. For example they had "Asian Breakfast" and "Indian Breakfast" which was not the same every day. While I liked the variety, the lone weaker feature of my stay was that the breakfast menu did not have any particular dish that stood out as "wow" or anything that screamed luxury other than the avoidance of buffet.
While I always have a tendency to pick chain hotels, I would not be opposed to returning to this hotel and hope that they will continue to honor some benefits I would have as Hilton Lifetime Diamond, but that would remain to be seen.

My family and I just finished up our stay at the Hilton Habtoor Palace. I cannot give enough praise to the hotel staff for making our stay beyond amazing. From the concierge staff to the cleaning staff to the pool service to the waiters at the restaurant, our stay was unlike anything we’ve experienced before. I’d like to give a few specific callouts and examples to illustrate how fantastic our stay was. First, our rooms were immaculate, Sumit and Amat kept our rooms in incredible shape and made sure to make us feel at home. Second, the waiters and restaurant staff were beyond accommodating. Deba and Mohammed made sure that my family’s needs were met for each and every breakfast and the restaurant staff were able to satisfy all of our breakfast cravings, even making things that were outside of the regular menu options. Lastly, I’d like to thank the concierge staff for making sure we maximized our Dubai visit. Specifically, Chat and Shaikh worked as a team to be the ultimate planners for our vacation. Chat helped us to plan a trip to Abu Dhabi and organized a car service and booked tickets for each of our activities. Additionally, Chat helped us to cancel a hot air balloon ride that we had purchased through another source that changed our plans at the last minute. He stayed calm, chatted with the company, and helped us make sure we got a full refund, and then booked us the ultimate hot air balloon experience with Platinum Heritage. Shaikh helped us to think through our day by days and made sure that we had everything that we needed. Without Chat and Shaikh our trip would not have been as amazing. Thanks to all of the staff at the Hilton Habtoor Palace for making our stay one we won’t forget!

Mid way through our holiday at the Al Habtoor Palace, best of the best staff, with a focus on attention to detail for all our daily activities. The breakfast is perfect and the breakfast staff exceptional. The room staff have excelled our expectation even when compared with other leading 5 star hotels and experiences. It is a cut above the rest with all Elements perfectly managed and executed which makes you feel cared for and respected. Ideally located with short transportation to wherever you need to go for the day or evening. Evening room service providing the cherry on the cake, especially if you have children with a turn down service to ensure your room is kept perfectly in shape. Exceptional stay at Habtoor Palace. The service and attentiveness of the staff was first class. We were greeted by name by the staff at breakfast and our order was remembered. The little touches make the difference with this hotel. The chocolates and fruit in the room to toiletries and cleanliness- everything is thought of and done to an exceptional standard. Fruit, water and a cold towel are brought to you at the pool too. The staff make All the difference at this hotel and can’t do enough for you. When I became unwell the restaurant manager had especially made soup brought to me at the poolside. There are too many amazing staff to mention but a special shout out has to be said to Niki for looking after our room, Deba for his lovely manner and attentiveness at breakfast.

We live in Australia and are not familiar with TUI. However, the Habtoor Palace site would definitely give full details about the different rooms and the number of guests that can be accommodated.
There are more places to choose from in the Dubai area.
