I am writing this review mainly about some services they are providing especially pool the person who is working as a life guard and his name is sujit he is a fantastic man and he helping the people who are not good in swimming and pool maintenance is also good and I never met such a kind of guy on life guard role thank you suit for your guidance
My name is Delbin, I was staying in Room 2208 from 29.04.21 - 30.04.21 with my Fiance, Hima was the one who did the check-In, she was good at communication, the worst experience started the following day, I had my friend and his wife who visited me, when they reached the reception they can allow only one person to the room (Visitor policy was never explained at the time of check-in) As they traveled all the way from Sharjah and I didn't want them to go back, Hence I decided to go down to reception to talk with them, the staff over there I think his name is Taher (he didn't have the name tag) Omg he was so rude while explaining the policy, I informed him that my friend and his wife will just have food and then they will leave in max 03 - 04 hours and this guy was just arguing on it, I asked him if I can talk to the Manager, he said I am the manager and he cannot allow 02 in that room. As I didn't want to create a big scene over there and embarrass my guest, I decided to book another room, and this same guy offered me AED 400.00 for a Room while online it was on AED 118.00+ taxes which totaled up to around AED 145.00 only that means I would have paid AED 255.00 additional if I would have booked the room from Front Office. Once the reservation was done I showed the confirmation number (it was booked under my guest name Saji) to him, then he said that the reservation department is closed, hence he cannot check the reservation, again another issue he was asking a deposit of AED 400.00 (why should I pay if I already had a booking confirmation for 01 night), again the argument started at the end he said at least 200 has to be given as a deposit, I was totally drained off talking to this person Taher, then I decided to give 200 as a deposit just to cut the story down. Actually, I didn't understand the logic behind that before he was refusing to send both and later when I took the room they both came to my same room 2208, and then another room was 2906 which was never used because they both left by 20:30 hrs (In short I wasted my money for nothing for the second room) Room Service was awesome the food was tasty (It was a Yummy Biryani) the housekeeping staff who came to clean my room was good as well, unfortunately, we were having our lunch hence I couldn't communicate much with him, As I wanted to give him some token of appreciation for his work as a Tips, I called reception and told can they ask that same person to come to the room, but he never showed up, maybe they forgot to inform him or maybe he forgot to come, I don't know what happened as didn't receive any feedback from Reception. Upon checking out we asked for the email address for the GM, but they said that they do not have the visiting card and after requesting they shared the email address. As a hotelier people must communicate and give out proper information while check-in or during the stay, they can't predict if a guest will have a visitor or no. And it's really an embarrassing moment if this happens in front of a guest whom you bought to visit you, Being an Apartment I think they could have been a bit flexible with the policy as my friend was not there to stay just to meet me as we didn't meet each other for a long time. Anyways Sorry to say that we won't be visiting again to this hotel.…
I’m living here for long time. it’s very bad service, no one answer to my phone call and when answer they are not helpful. No one respect the rules I have to hear the noises from the other rooms fish smell and even my continuosly complaints no one care about it. Very bad choice to stay in this Appartment!
The service is not upto standard, they take hours to respond to the guests,you have to make over 5 to 6 calls to them to actually get someone to attend to anything pertaining to the Room,Housekeeping staff is really good but due to lack of staff service is extremely slow.
I currently live in the Emirates Grand Hotel Apartments in Dubai and the experience has been extremely pleasant with excellent customer services given to us by Mr. Mahmoud. A fine gentleman with impeccable customer service support, he is a top professional and friendly to all guest. I strongly recommend this hotel apartments and kudos to you Mahmoud. Well done man... And Ramadan Kareem everyone
