Stayed for two nights in this hotel. I must say it's the ideal location clubbed with some fantastic service. My sincere thanks to Mr. Tony for the all the help extended to us. With those kind of responsible personale, I'm sure this hotel will have some loyal customers. Highly recommend.

i have stayed in this hotel many times , every time there is the same feeling of comfort and quietness , the executive suites are very nice on the 11th floor , the pool and sauna are nice , free parking and can get very fast to airport

This is nice hotel, close to the airport, they have pool, sauna. Stuff is very friendly, they could provide your ride to everywhere. Rooms are spacious, kitchen is fairly big. You have to let them know in advance about supplies and cleaning.

I stayed there alone during my visit for two day on transit. It was good place to stay and morning breakfast is having continental spreads which is good enough. Gym was good enough to sweat out and also there was a swimming pool in the top floor. Staffs are courteous enough to give their support. Overall it was a good stay.

I stayed with my family here at a 2 bedroom apartment. The staff were pleasant and very friendly especially Salman and Fatima at the front desk. We arrived very early in the morning and were too tired to go down to the dining area for complimentary breakfast. They had our food brought up to our room that morning at no cost. Our main issue with this hotel though was it took them so long to come clean the apartments each day. This was a huge problem since I had children so there was usually something to clean in the room. Also, the rooms were not cleaned properly by the overworked cleaning staff (I think they have just one or two people cleaning the whole hotel. The same people cleaned while we were there) The apartment was basic and in my opinion overpriced. We thought we got a good deal till we arrived and went round more pristine apartments in Al Barsha (near the mall of emirates) and realised this was not such a good deal afterall as it's quite far from the major attractions and we usually spent quite an amount of time (and money) getting to and from the apartment. Complimentary breakfast was good but very predictable after a while it became boring to go have the same thing, made the same way daily. Eating became a bit of a task after a few days here. The furnishings too were basic. I recommend they upgrade the furniture and fittings to something more befitting. We were very relieved to leave the apartment. It was not a home away from home at all.…
