We had a great time and a great experience. The staff is so nice and helpful! The room we had was very big and very clean. The pool is very nice too. We will definitely come back! We loved it and highly recommend it!
The hotel is in a fantastic location with all the amenities.Kasim at the travel desk was extremely helpful in organising all the activities for us. He was extremely helpful in getting all activities and tickets organised at short notice and we were very pleased with all of them.
Hello, i came here last summer for a few days with my husband. We absolutely loved our stay! From the moment we walked in to the moment we had to leave. Im going to start with Samantha the front desk agent, she was the one who checked us in. She was so informative and friendly! I could talk to her all day!! She really looked out for us during our stay to make sure everything was nothing but perfect! We love her so much that we would come again because of her❤️ then the rooms were a bit outdated, i hope next time around the rooms have better interior design, but we loved the view. When we went to the pool/beach area, there wasnt much shade and dubai in the summer are really really hot. It would of been nice to have more shade. The food was really tasty, but what really made it stand out was the staff. There was this young man called Michael who treated us so well! There was a manager named niki, he was such a gentleman! This new hotel has first class service. From the meet & greet, to the cleaning of the room, breakfast, spa services. All was first class all the way. Exercise Room, Steam Room made it all worthwhile stay. Would come back to this hotel.
Mr.Asil and Ms. Mary were very hospitable and they catered to our every need and answered all our questions about the menu. They also antisipate and are both very asertive. I would always go back to the Restaurant and would recommend them as the best F&B servers
Staff were very friendly especially so at the front desk, their vision is to ‘ make it right ‘ and they did all try. Breakfast was shocking - flies everywhere, stale croissants, cold eggs, cheap tasting juices, it was Yuk, we only went for the first day of our 14 night stay & cancelled the remaining 13 mornings, definitely not worth the money! Housekeeping was hit & miss but overall they did do a nice job & changed our beds daily, you have to contact reception daily if you want the service. The security guards around the hotel are all very friendly, pleasant & happy. Sadly, there is no sunshine around the pool until late afternoon, the sun hits the beach after 2pm and your switching beds to try & catch the rays, the 77 floors on the Address residence is in the way and the whole area is shaded. The sun beds are old, worn and dated. The second bedroom en suite shower was hit and miss - after seconds of using it. the water run cold. The bath towels are threadbare though they did deliver fluffy towels on Christmas Eve which was a nice treat. Overall it was ok, though we won’t be rushing back anytime soon, the staff being happy and helpful made all the difference.…
The hotel is in a great location right by the boardwalk and the staff was incredibly helpful. After some bad weather threw a monkey wrench in our plans to go hot air ballooning, Qasim Butt from the travel desk stepped in and did an incredible job getting us rescheduled for later in the week. We had an incredible time and I can't wait to revisit the hotel in the future.
A very average stay, with very average staff, starting with the front desk. She was unapologetic with a very take or leave it attitude. For a premium destination, in an exiting and vibrant part of the world the rooms were very average, but the bathrooms were terrible. The first person took a very hot shower and the next person had an ice cold shower. An outdated old fashioned low volume geyser. On the day before check out, we had a lovely day at the beach, coming back in desperate need of a shower. But at 5:30 pm they were freshening the room for the first time. The bathrooms are very slippery and the shower makes a mess. I discussed this with the duty manager Nicolou, he agreed it was unacceptable. He asked if there was anything else he could assist to make my stay easier. I asked for a late check out as a hilton honors gold member, he said he would assist. I asked to speak to him the next morning, but he declined to speak to me. The front desk receptionist was not very welcoming on arrival,she gave me a lousy room with no view, so declining me a late check was not that surprising. She also declined my request to speak to the duty manager and basically shooed me out. Hilton Honors is slipping post Covid . We called for my bags and was waiting for the doorman to assist, but we still got hounded by the front desk on when we were leaving. Did not feel well looked after at Doubletree and do not recommend a family Looking a relaxing stay to stay at this dated establishment. When I mentioned my hilton gold status, I got the: “so you feel entitled look”, as apposed to welcome back friend! The parking valets and the security guards were the only friendly people at the establishment. Oh yes breakfast was also very staid and boring with instant pastries, don’t bother ! Couldn’t justify paying for the kids extra 200 AED for the kids.…
The worst offers ever seen. To have an offer you need to OFFER something. Paying very expencive entrance and getting old smelly food is not good. The "beach" is one sandy part with sunchairs which are not even close to the sea and you need to walk 200m to reach water. Afzal the guy on the entrance is real scammer, very foxy. He told us to come back at 2pm and then he will find us a place to sit (which we didnt have even tho we paid a lot) BUT his shift was over at 1 pm ...hhh he just removed us from the desk. This is real dissapointment after all the nice Hilton times I had across the globe. Not going ever again.
