This place is indeed a 'hidden jewel' in the Jumeirah Crown. Self contained, serviced units provide the ideal accommodation for long periods of time where you need your own little apartment. The standards of cleanliness are exemplary and the hospitality and welcome from the entire army of staff would put some 5 star hotels to shame. I spend almost 6...

Spent 4 nights for business and I think for this kind of travel it was worth it. Location is good to visit the beach area and Burj Al Arab very close. Handy position for Marina and down-town. You would need a car or taxi to go towards city centre but it as must if you stay in Dubai. It was...

Great location! Just next to Burj Al Arab and the beach (which I visited every day during my stay). Room was decent. The bed was a bit too small for my taste, but otherwise everything was good. The pool area was nice and breakfast was available in the cafe on the premise. I also used the gym which had all...

We stayd there for 7 nights. The rooms are for single use, but you can ask for a supplimentary bad. There is a very clean room with tv and internet cable available, kitchen with all you need for your vacation. Bathroom is clean only equipped with shower gel. You'll find in the campus a swimming pool, very nice and clean,...

As it was my first time visiting Dubai (my final destination to be Rome) the Emirates Academy Lodging turned out to be a fantastic break in my travels. I was provided with a modern comfortable room with a lovely garden view. My check in was effortless and the housekeeping team cleaned my room to perfection daily. The Lodging is so...

Staying in Jumeirah

Neighbourhood Profile
Years ago, before the skyscrapers, before the 12-lane highway, there was only Jumeirah. In fact, when the UAE was formed, its rulers signed the agreement in Union House, at the very start of Jumeirah Beach Road. Often called “The Beverly Hills” of Dubai, a drive down Beach Road reveals one enormous, lavish villa after another. Originally residential-only neighbourhoods, they are now also home to an array of cafes, smart boutiques, and art galleries. Home to one of Dubai’s few public beaches, this recently renovated area includes a new boardwalk, running and walking track, with changing facilities and cafes along the way. Another landmark, Jumeirah Mosque, is the only mosque in Dubai that can be entered by non-Muslims. As part of the Sheikh Mohammed Centre for Cultural Understanding, the mosque hosts regular tours and talks about Islam, as part of an “Open Doors, Open Minds” program. A wonderful way to understand more about the UAE and Islam.
