Re The breakfast service was generally very good but made exceptional by one of the waiters named Kabir. He was so efficient, enthusiastic and always had a smile on his face. He had a great sense of humour to go with the pride he took in his work, always got the day off to a good start. 👏
We’ve had the most amazing breakfasts here at the Jumeriah Beach Hotel but this is mainly due to the 5 star ⭐️ service we received by Kabir every morning. His smile, attention he gave to the children, remembering what we liked are just a few of his great qualities. Thank you Kabir for making us feel extra special every day. Your enthusiasm and pride in your job is awesome
We were staying in JBH from 21 feb - 3 March and it was amazing. Food at the hotel and hotels nearby was delicious. Rooms clean, beach pool and seaside clean. Hotel staff is always smiling and saying hello. Espesially, Alexandra at the reception helped us a lot during our stay. Will recommend to all my friends !
The hotel is beautifully renovated and the rooms are great. It probably has one of the best locations in Dubai since rooms have a perfect view on Burj Al Arab. The beach is wide and the water clean, turquoise, and wavy. The food is good as well. Everything would be perfect if it wasn't for the bad service. The concierge was almost never there. We asked them for tickets to the Laguna water park which they printed for us. However, they failed to mention that the water park was closed for maintenance which costs us a long pointless drive there and back. The receptionists are rather unfriendly and assist you as if you were interrupting their day and they are doing you a favor. The worst however was the restaurant service. The hotel has moved towards an a la carte dinner and breakfast rather than a buffet due to COVID. You have to wait a long time for your food. The breakfast choices are also very limited since they offer mostly different varieties of egg dishes. The waiters mixed up our orders every day. They either brought the wrong dish, forgot to order our food in the kitchen, or brought dessert before the main course. Therefore, we wasted a lot of time just waiting for food. Breakfast took around 1.5 hours every day and dinner took us at least 2 hours with only 3 courses and even though we ordered everything right away as we knew the menu already. I will definitely want to visit this amazing hotel again, but I will surely wait until they bring the buffet back.…
