It was good, if you wanna stay in old Dubai, perfect location, transportation and good customer service, personnel at pool was kind of rude, but we did not go back, he also told my kid if he dis not know how to read the rules, please teach him about customer. service
Me and my wife arrived to the hotel very late after midnight, we own our apartment in Dubai but we came to visit some friends in Deira, we booked the hotel since it looks nice but unfortunately we had a bad experience ,check in was quick although I have some comments about reception attitude! we liked the rooms and furniture but we had a terrible sleep due to AC noise, we couldn’t sleep the whole night, in some other hotels when you give your feedback the duty manger always help but they just said we need the room and you have to check out and nothin we can do, Hossam was not helpful at all, bathroom amenities were not provided, worst customer service, staff are arrogant! I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
All the staff was friendly, very clean environment, the pool is nice, you mush bring your own conditioner 😅, but the phone no one answer in house keeping, and the TV very Less english channel to watch.
No proper communication with the receptionist. Room service was not good this time. We ask for steam iron 2times it never comes. We love coming to this hotel but i hope the nextime we come i hope we will not experince the problem we have before.
I am a contentious visitor and would like to see an improvement to take place on TV Chanels and check in Delay The room service needs to expedite the reaction to inquiries The reception staff are welcoming
